Friendly, knowledgeable consultants walked me patiently through all aspects of my purchase decision. There was never a rush to find me an instrument or take my money. With a great vibe and a remarkable variety I thought I had died and gone to guitar heaven. Prices can't be beat. I now know why Milwaukee's elite guitarists shop there. I too have become a Cream City Music enthusiast. more

Friendly and helpful, low pressure. Also, they have a great selection of used items that are good quality. They have beginner stuff too, but its a fun place to look at and see which amps/pedals are in (lots of good used stuff). more

I believe Cream City Music is just out to help people get what they want at a reasonable price, and not selling second quality or inferior products. I would order again, though I will admit until my guitar arrived, I was a skeptic! more

I was contacted through a listing for a guitar I was selling and offered cash/trade value for it. Before calling back I went to the website and picked out the gear I wanted and the amount of cash I needed to do the deal. Brought the guitar in, trade went smooth. No long drawn out negotiations. I walked out smiling, nuff said. more

Kim and Joe at Cream City provided me with a guitar I had been looking for several years. I was looking for more low end Martin type bass which my Gibson acoustic just didn't have. Kim played me through several models including a Martin. Joe did a straight-up trade including a saddle, nut upgrade. I came away with a new Martin-D16GT, and have been happy and in love with this guitar ever since. more

Great guitar shop, terrific selection of new, used and vintage gear- and staff that knows gear and is helpful..never felt pressured like when at a guitar store chain. Cool store design too- it really is a one of kind shop- it's great having a store like this 15 minutes from your house! more

Cream City Music/Warpdrive Music was great to deal with. I had never purchased a guitar online--let alone without first playing it. Their salesman took the time to answer my all of my questions and make me feel comfortable with my decision to purchase my Adamas Guitar. His product knowlege, time spent answering my questions and eliminate any concerns I may have had were exemplary. While talking with them it was as if I was "virtually" in their store they treated me like a valued customer. The followup on shipping & tracking my order, as well as great packaging removed any fears from deciding to purchase a guitar online. Overall, truly an excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cream City Music to my friends!You folks ROCK! Pete Groth more
