Cream City Music/Warpdrive Music was great to deal with. I had never purchased a guitar online--let alone without first playing it. Their salesman took the time to answer my all of my questions and make me feel comfortable with my decision to purchase my Adamas Guitar. His product knowlege, time spent answering my questions and eliminate any concerns I may have had were exemplary. While talking with them it was as if I was "virtually" in their store they treated me like a valued customer. The followup on shipping & tracking my order, as well as great packaging removed any fears from deciding to purchase a guitar online. Overall, truly an excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cream City Music to my friends!You folks ROCK!
