I have a rental property and the tenant moved out. There was one bedroom with a few stains and pet odor in the carpet. After the cleaning I could not see or smell any noticeable difference from before the cleaning. I also had two other bedrooms cleaned. The tech was there less than an hour. Since then, I purchased an ultraviolet light and used the PetsMart brand of odor/stain remover and taken care of it. Should have done it myself first. $223 lesson learned. We do offer a 10 day guarantee on carpet cleaning but we did not hear from you that you were not satisfied? I would like to clarify that the total was $223.00 tax included. The carpet cleaning was $107.00, the stretching was $25.00 which we discounted as our minimum repair is $45.00. We did pet treat in one room and we do have much success with our pet treatments. We have customers tell us they love the scent which makes it hard to believe you couldn't smell any difference ? I wanted also to clarify we checked our tracking system and our tech was there 1 hour not less. more

Have not typically like carpet cleaning businesses as it seems the dirt/stains always return. I have waited a few weeks to write this review and Im happy to say the stains have not returned! Im excited to have a company to call when my carpets need cleaning- I thought I just would need to replace our 14 year old carpets. The carpet looks sooo good and Im glad as the carpets were expensive to install in the first place. The only thing I wish is- that it would dry sooner. The guy said in a couple of hours but it really took a day and a half in some areas. I was fine with it as the stains were gone and the carpet looked new. Great company- oh they also cleaned my tile/grout. It also looked brand new! Will recommend to friends. more

I was really impressed with the service, price and professionalism shown by Cosmopolitan when they cleaned my very light beige sectional sofa recently. They took the time to call me at work to make sure that they knew what the sofa was made from and check to see if I had cleaned it successfully in the past. Great job at a very reasonable price. Others had said we needed to replace our carpet, but they just cleaned it. It looks brand new and it even feels different. Our cleaning lady accidentally spilled bleach on our new Berber carpet. I thought for sure it was ruined. They came out and were able to fix it. It only took a few minutes and blends right in now. I Thought it was a little pricey considering the amount of time it took but just happy I didn't have to replace the whole carpet. more

The one thing that left me frustrated at the end of my appt was not the amazing cleaning that I has received, but the issue with my coupon. I had a coupon that had no restrictions at all on it and I was told that I still had to be charged the minimum amount of $100, not including fees like a travel fee. The coupon said something along the lines of each room would be $30...but both talking on the phone to customer service and speaking with the man who came to do my carpets, I was told they left it off the coupon and was not told til after the service was completed that I still had to pay ___ amount. RESPONSE FROM Cosmopolitan Carpet Cleaning: We called our customer and expressed that this review didn't match with the service and coupon that we honored for her. She did tell us that this review was meant for another company, to please disregard and that she was sorry! more
