Worst

I was told by the company and the technician that. they could get the pet stains out with the pet treatment. I would not recommend or ever use them again.

Wouldn't go anywhere else 10/3/2016

I love the people over at Cosmopolitan Carpet Cleaning and the work that they do. They are always on the spot and they do an excellent job every time. The house is always clean and tidy when they leave which is nice. They are very courteous and professional and I just love them so much. Carpet Cleaning 9/23/2016

Cosmopolitan Carpet Cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet. Eric and Paul did some stretching in out living room and it is so much better. The tracks that were in our carpet are gone! They arrived when they said they would and were gone in about 2 1/2 hours. more

Amazing Customer Service and Performance 9/23/2016

We had the pleasure of working with Cosmopolitan Carpet Cleaners for our commercial office suite. We had some pretty bad stains from bringing in pets, coffee, etc, and Cosmopolitan was able to get them all up and leave our office looking professional and brand new! They were even able to come out 2 hours from when I called in. Great customer service and outstanding work! more

Awesome Carpet Company 9/20/2016

I am the manager of an apartment community in Arlington and have used Cosmo Carpet for more than 5 years. They are always professional, fast and thorough whether isn't a routine carpet clean, emergency, wet vacuum or relay. I recommend this company for all or your carpet needs. more

Third time using them and it was again excellent 9/7/2016

Sergio is a true professional but also extremely friendly and hard working. He got out stains which I did not expect to come out. The whole experience with Cosmopolitan is smooth. From setting the appointment, to them showing up on time and explaining the work before they begin. We will continue to use them for our carpet cleaning needs in the future. Overall Pleased 8/1/2016

The carpets look very nice. Guy was very polite and professional. And on time. But I am a little baffled by one thing: I for some reason vacuumed the next day after they were cleaned. And I got a lot of residue. So three days later I vacuumed again. Got a lot of residue again. Is this normal? If it is, I might suggest you tell customers to vacuum as soon as the carpet is dry, perhaps several times. If I had a direct email address to you I could send a picture of what I collected. Overall, I was pleased, just puzzled by the amount of dirt I was able to vacuum off the cleaned carpets. Thank you. Cosmopolitan Carpet Cleaning was good. Eric was the name of the man who came. He had cleaned a sofa for me earlier, then he did the carpet and cleaned a few chairs. He was very polite and very on time. He moved the stuff in order to clean more thoroughly and he made sure to move it back. I employ Cosmopolitan Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in my work office and I am very pleased with them. For the last two or three years they have been coming and they consistently clean the carpets to a very high standard. Cosmopolitan Carpet Cleaning did a nice job. The guys are really friendly and do what I ask them to do. They cleaned the living room, dining room and stairs--and they were great! It looked good and really nice when they finished. Making an appointment with them was very easy, and the cleaners were on time.   • We, the owners are very involved in day to day operations. We started out as a carpet cleaner in the early 1980's. I still actively continue to learn new things, keep up with the latest technology in floor care & know the best products to use for each type of floor care. Cosmopolitan is a true professional company with longevity and prosperity. We pride ourselves on the fact that we do not work out of our house, as most carpet cleaners do! We own a building where we have an in-plant rug cleaning facility and where you can drop off your rugs to be cleaned. Our technicians report to work here and keep the vans here, where we also have a disposal facility for the dirty water from cleaning. I have talked to many carpet cleaners and asked the question where you dump and most often the answer is wherever!
    We provide a quality service and to do the right thing, we don't claim to be perfect but strive to be!
