I originally came back to Mazda because I have owned two Mazda's in the past and was very pleased with them. It has been awhile but I was looking for a 3rd Row Vehicle and saw the CX9 and loved it. So anyhow.... when I first went into Fairbanks it started out rough and stayed this way for the first week. At the end of the week, it was a complete turnaround and we were extremely satisfied with thefinal agreement and the Service we received this time from Michael Wash and Zach Crotty. \r Zach gave us an excellent orientation/explanation on how the CX9 operates. He was very knowledgable and was able to answer any question we had! We are leaving with confidence that we understand how the vehicle operates and was pleased with his presentation and demeanor. \r I am happy to be back in the Mazda Family again!!! :D more

Rob Mantia greeted us in the lot. He was very pleasant and asked what we were interested in. He showed us several cars and we took a test drive. Rob was not pushy which was great because I really wasn't in the mood to trade my car. He made our experience quick and easy. more

top notch team. helpfull and not pushy sales team. got me out of my upside down loan into a better car that saves me in gas and repairs. while im still upside down i would rather be upside down on a car with some equity. more

Today's service was fine. It was disappointing to find out that my tires, which have less than 25,000 miles on them are getting real worn and that's whats causing the noise we were hearing. But the service was fine, always is :) more
