I originally came back to Mazda because I have owned two Mazda's in the past and was very pleased with them. It has been awhile but I was looking for a 3rd Row Vehicle and saw the CX9 and loved it. So anyhow.... when I first went into Fairbanks it started out rough and stayed this way for the first week. At the end of the week, it was a complete turnaround and we were extremely satisfied with thefinal agreement and the Service we received this time from Michael Wash and Zach Crotty. \r
Zach gave us an excellent orientation/explanation on how the CX9 operates. He was very knowledgable and was able to answer any question we had! We are leaving with confidence that we understand how the vehicle operates and was pleased with his presentation and demeanor. \r
I am happy to be back in the Mazda Family again!!! :D
