We had a horrible experience buying our Mazda at Cory Fairbank. First the sales person wrote a number on a piece of papaer and said if he can get us a car for this prize will we buy it. We didn't want to sigh, but he told us it's not binding so we signed. When we found a car, the prize was too high for us for what we were getting, but the sales person told us that we signed th piece of paper. Eventually we were able to negotiate an acceptable prize. \r

Then came the finance dept who quoted us an interest rate that was quite high, even though we have a good credit rating. I had to threaten to leave, before the interest rate was dropped. They also wanted to add on a lot additional things, like extended warranty, gap insurance, maint. plan to raise the cost. I had really emphasize a couple of time that I don't need it.
