I bought my car here a few weeks ago and my experience couldn't have been better. Not knowing much about cars, I would always feel uncomfortable when purchasing a car... especially a new one! But when I was at Cory Fairbanks Mazda, I was comfortable and at ease with my experience. The salesmen here aren't your everyday car salesmen. Best car buying experience! 3/26/2012

I cannot say enough good things about my recent car buying experience at Corey Fairbanks Mazda. My purchase was completely hassle free and it was pleasure to work with Travis, Willie, Chris and Brian. Great customer service builds loyalty and I will always come back when I’m in the market for a car or take the opportunity to recommend this sales team to a friend. Although I bought a pre-owned car, I was treated as if I purchased something brand new. I feel like I have made new friends and will be a customer for life. Worst Dealer in Central Florida! 3/9/2012

From sales to service, I have not had a good experience. Heavy handed sales team and service is the worst I have ever seen. No returned calls and when you finally get someone on he phone, they blame it on the phone system. Things missing from car when returned, things quoted on phone and then changes when you get there for service, insults to women instead of fixing the problems, are just a few of the things that happened. My car will never go here again, and (Mazda Inc. I hope you are listening!) I will never own another Mazda! more
