I have attempted to buy 2 cars from them on 2 separate occassions (2 years apart) and both times I left very angry and frustrated. They use any tactic that they can to try to sell...

I dropped off my car for the afternoon and had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation-when I picked up the car the rotation had not been done but the serviceman was nice to have it done while I waited.\r more

Good Service 7/10/2013

Service took a reasonable amount of time. Brian was very nice. Was not happy with the customer service I received over the phone while trying to set up the appointment, I was put on hold multiple times and the employee would not answer my questions. I can't recall the name of the person I talked to, but it was not someone that I came in contact with today, as I did no recognize their voice. Cashier was prompt and polite more

Excellent 7/8/2013

brought car in. svc mgr and I discussed what I needed, a,B,C or D. I got C service. I said I wanted to make sure transmission fluid got looked at and changed. it was included. I waited a reasonable length of time. Car is ready. I had a burger at the tent. Noticed waiting room is different. Its good, but seats are hard. more

Chris was a star; amiable, polite and knowledgable. \r \r My only beef with the experience was the advertising (newpaper) was misleading in my opinion. No asterisks or other notation indicated the language on the far bottom of the page was applicable. Shifty...which goes to credibility; Chris brings the overall expereince up from ""poor"" to a ""good"".\r more

Your salesman Joe C. was absolutely fabulous to deal with. He was extremely effecient and knowledgeable about the vehicle we ultimately purchased. We told him where we need to be and and he got the deal done. At 48 yoa, it was probably the best new car buying experience I've ever had. We came to Fairbanks from Ocala because of your selection and prices. We were not disappointed. It's obvious by the amount of potential buyers in your showroom, that you live up to your outstanding reputation! more
