Complete Auto Care

I have never met an honest technician like Kevin. I came to see him with an approximately $800 brake job estimate from a "reputed dealer" - I was told that I needed new rotors and pads (front and rear). I purchased the parts online at a fraction of the dealer estimates and came to Complete Auto Care to get them installed. In no time, Kevin had my vehicle inspected and showed me that the rear brakes/rotors didn't need any repairs. He even let me compare the thickness of the brand new pads and the ones on the car. I just had to change front rotors and pads, at a fraction of the dealer estimate. The job was well done and Kevin even test drove the car with me to make sure that everything was fines - something I have never experienced before. In short, Kevin just got another happy customer! I dont think Ill be looking for another mechanic to take care of my cars. more

I was very pleased by the care I received from Kevin. He figured out what needed to be repaired in a matter of minutes and was on the phone calling for the part. He called several different places so that I would pay the lowest price for the part. I was blown away at how I was taken care of with such genuine care and efficiency. I will definitely return to Complete Auto Care for any of my automotive problems. more

Kevin overheard me complaining about not having had my am coffee and he went to 7 Eleven and bought me a muffin and coffee while I waited on my car. It doesn't get any better than that for busy moms! Thank you soooo much for your thoughtfulness. more

Kevin the owner worked with me and my husband with the scheduling of dropping off our car and getting it done very quickly. I have always felt unsure of car repairmen from past experiences but as a woman I totally trust him and he even showed me the parts he had to replace and explained why!!! Brought my car to Kevin and Complete Auto Care based on the review I read on his website. He did not disappoint! Kevin was very honest and straight forward. Appreciate his honesty. He went above and beyond in having my car repaired. Worked with me to find the best options necessary to affect the repairs. Will be back when need be! more

Came in with a check engine light on. Previous mechanics had replaced an O2 sensor, reset the light and called it good. 150 mile later the light wss on again. Kevin got me in right away (I had to work later that day) and showed me the diagnostics results; could be another sensor, could be the catalitic converter (expensive) or we could try a B/G fuel induction servicing for much less and may have good sucess. The key thing is you can tell he knows his craft, explains all the options and allows the customer to make the choice. He also replaced a burned out taillight/brake light no charge while I was there. I'm up here temporarily from Florida. Kevin will get all my auto repair/preventive maintenance business while I am here. Will recommend!! more

10/14/11 I was in Kevins shop today and recieved a service that you don't expect to receive now days. Kevin inspected my care and told me that I didn't need to have brake pads changed neither front or back brakes, when another auto shop ( Honda) said I did and it would have cost me $600. I paid nothing before leaving kevins shop for the inspection or anything. Thank God for old fashion service. more

It's been a long time since I've encountered a service company with the customer interest at heart. Kevin, the Manager was thorough and listened intently to the symptoms being expressed to him prior to making an assessment of my problem. After being given the wrong diagnosis by AMOCO (Neabsco - Dale City, VA), my opinion was very doubtful of finding a company that would fix my problem at a reasonable price. Complete Auto Care Service renewed my faith in the service industry. There are some good companies, but you MUST do your homework and always seek a second opinion. Thanks Kevin! more

I so appreciated Kevin's willingness to give me all the information I needed to decide which level of oil change I wanted. He also not only recommended new tires, but showed me why I needed them (they were obviously in dangerous condition). He was able to order and install the tires that day. I was very grateful since I would have hated to be driving around with my daughter and have a tire blow on the car. more

Proximity to the train, and the service they provide by picking your car up and bringing it back to same parking spot at the train lot is awesome! I will utilize this service alot! more

Chivalry in an auto shop is not what a woman expects to find; but it is exactly what I have found in Complete Auto Care. Kevin and his team have gone above and beyond the call of duty in working with me and some of my vehicle issues. Being a single woman with no family nearby to bail me out of vehicle situations, it leaves me sitting in a very vulnerable place. There are mechanics who, sadly enough take advantage of women in these situations because they look like easy prey. Kevin has made multiple gestures throughout my time of working with him that make me trust who his is and what he does He often takes me into the back to show me exactly what problem was. Even though I dont talk shop I can usually see exactly what he is talking about and despite my ignorance in mechanics, can understand the problem and the diagnose he has given. Through him going to the extra trouble to show me specifics, I know hes not taking advantage of me or the situation. I appreciate the service that Complete Auto Care has given to me! When at the mercy of a mechanic, I can confidently say that any lady that comes through THIS auto shop will be treated with respect as such as such! more

I had a problem with work done to my 2004 Nissan Armada by a local "Oil Change" shop in Gainsville,VA. (JL) The "Oil Change" shop didn't add transmission fluid to my engine when they did a fluid exchange. My engine light turned on and my engine almost seized up. Kevin was recommended to me by a friend(Bronco). I took it into Kevin's shop expecting to drop it off. Kevin took my car in immediately and fixed the issue. He only charged my the cost of three quartz of transmission oil he used. He didn't even charge me an hourly fee. Real nice guy. I am sending all my business to him. A person who takes pride in their business!!!!!!! more
