Complete Auto Care provides amazing service, which is why I keep going back. I started using them about six or seven months ago. I was looking for a place, and Kevin took me right in without any hesitation. He gave me the best auto service I've ever found anywhere, and I've gone back ever since!
They do amazing work, and the shop is clean. They are honest with you about what you need, and their rates are great. Their customer service is second to none based on my past experience with auto mechanics.
Yesterday, Kevin was off, but he still called me from his personal phone to give me an update on my car just in case his crew hadn't called. His crew called directly after he did. They have really nice customer service.
The shop is almost an hour drive away from me. But even though it's out of my way, I'd rather go them than the shop around the corner. When you find a great mechanic, you don't want to lose them just after you've found them. It's hard to find an honest mechanic that will do the job right.
