Review content:
Chivalry in an auto shop is not what a woman expects to find; but it is exactly what I have found in Complete Auto Care. Kevin and his team have gone above and beyond the call of duty in working with me and some of my vehicle issues. Being a single woman with no family nearby to bail me out of vehicle situations, it leaves me sitting in a very vulnerable place.
There are mechanics who, sadly enough take advantage of women in these situations because they look like easy prey. Kevin has made multiple gestures throughout my time of working with him that make me trust who his is and what he does He often takes me into the back to show me exactly what problem was. Even though I dont talk shop I can usually see exactly what he is talking about and despite my ignorance in mechanics, can understand the problem and the diagnose he has given. Through him going to the extra trouble to show me specifics, I know hes not taking advantage of me or the situation.
I appreciate the service that Complete Auto Care has given to me! When at the mercy of a mechanic, I can confidently say that any lady that comes through THIS auto shop will be treated with respect as such as such!
