Complete Auto Care

My wife used Complete Auto Care and we just bring our vehicles there. They done all kinds of auto service for us. Kevin is great, pretty straightforward with what the issues are and you don't feel like you're getting roped in to something. They fix stuff on the warranty and we've never had a problem or issue with them. more

I had a couple different things done at Complete Auto Care and I was in and out several times. Overall the jobs were good, but ultimately I had to take it somewhere else to the dealer because they weren't able to fix one of the problems for me. more

I've got a couple of older vehicles I've taken to Kevin there. He's always given very detailed explanations of what he's doing and why or why not something needs to be done. He explains pricing and the work very well. I've gotten estimates at other places, brought it to Complete Auto Care, and they have come in at 1/3 of the price sometimes. more

Kevin and his staff are incredibly easy to deal with, particularly if you ride the VRE from Broad Run. The pick up/drop off service is amazing and made dealing with my late safety inspections a breeze, despite being stuck at work from 6am to 6pm. more

Complete Auto Care did some brake work on my car, and they had good customer service. They were able to stick to the time and cost estimates and did had good service so I would recommend them. more

Complete Auto Care is great! I will not go anywhere else! If Complete Auto Care does the work I bring my vehicle to them. Being a woman it is hard to find a auto shop that won't rip me off everytime I walk in the door. I know what maintenance needs to be done, but other than that I know nothing about cars. Kevin, the owner, has actually broken things down me... "this is what the car part should look like - this is yours..." when I did not understand something. Complete Auto Care is honest and direct. They let me know what is wrong with my car, what I need to fix now, what can wait and how long. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of in anyway. The team is also loyal to their customers. The team knows me by name and are familar with my vehicle. I am looking to replace my current vehicle soon. She is slowly dying and Complete Auto Care is helping me keep her on the road as long as possible. But knowing that she will eventually be put to rest I have asked what cars Kevin will not work on - I don't want to buy a car that he cannot help me with. I highly reccomend this group of mechanics. I've been going to them for at least two and a half years now. They picked my vehicle up at the train station and dropped it back in same spot. They did exactly what I asked them to do. more

I found Complete Auto Care when I was looking to change auto shops. I ended up being very disappointed with the service at my previous shop because two months after they inspected my car they ended up telling me my brakes had to be replaced. The problem is something they should have told me about after they did the inspection and they could have spared me additional expenses. The service I receive at Complete Auto Care is absolutely great. Kevin is very personable. He always tries to get me right in. I've gone in for oil changes and I just had two new tires put on my car. They do great work. I like that they have Wi-Fi because I can just be on my laptop while I wait for my car to be ready. more

I have only been to Complete Auto one time, but I was completely sold on the quality and reliability of this business and it's owner, Kevin. Complete Auto repaired my care affordabley and honestly. He also directed me to another quality business that could help me with collision repair. It is reassuring to know that this great business is so nearby. I wish I had discovered it sooner. more

I have been taking my cars to Kevin at Complete Auto for at least 4 years. He and his staff are great at diagnosing problems, and quick at making repairs. Kevin stands behind the work that his shop does, and is great for any warranty issues. Kevin takes pride in providing a high level of service. He has a key drop for overnight car dropoffs, and he will pick my car up at the VRE train station to service it while I am at work. I get off of the train in the evening and my car is where I left it that morning and it is all serviced up. more

Complete Auto Care has done numerous things for me. I have three cars and they have worked on all three. They have done things that range from regular tire replacement to engine work - tune up, diagnostics, full transmission check. They are honest and I appreciate that. more

I came in with the Check Engine Light constantly on. After going through a computer, he found out the engine was idling at a much higher rpm than normal. Why? Well, within minutes he found the problem and solved it. As long as I'm in the area, I'll be using Kevin as my mechanic. He really is an amazing find. Totally impressive. more

I called around to compare costs of replacing the timing belt in my Hyundai Elantra, a hefty expense. Kevin priced the parts ahead of time and offered by far the best deal. He finished the work quickly and replaced several other parts as well (belts, plugs, wires, tensioner, all parts that were aging), still costing me far less than any other estimate I had for the timing belt and maintenance. When I came to pick it up he showed me each of the parts he had replaced. Another auto center had told me it would take long enough to replace the timing belt and replace the other parts that I would need to get a rental car. Instead I made an appointment with Kevin and he had it done in half a day, and he saved me hundreds of dollars as well. I would recommend Complete Auto Care to anyone looking for honesty in a mechanic, and I will definitely be a returning customer. more

I bring my two vehicle's to Complete Auto Care. I usually call ahead but last time I did it on the fly. He got my vehicle's in very quickly and even offered me a protein shake while I waited. They have good customer service. I definitely will be going back. I have used him since I moved to the Manassas area. That guy is great. more
