I have never met an honest technician like Kevin. I came to see him with an approximately $800 brake job estimate from a "reputed dealer" - I was told that I needed new rotors and pads (front and rear). I purchased the parts online at a fraction of the dealer estimates and came to Complete Auto Care to get them installed. In no time, Kevin had my vehicle inspected and showed me that the rear brakes/rotors didn't need any repairs. He even let me compare the thickness of the brand new pads and the ones on the car. I just had to change front rotors and pads, at a fraction of the dealer estimate. The job was well done and Kevin even test drove the car with me to make sure that everything was fines - something I have never experienced before.
In short, Kevin just got another happy customer! I dont think Ill be looking for another mechanic to take care of my cars.
