We've had all of our cars serviced at Complete Auto Care for the last six years. We have built a really good relationship with everyone there. They service is very reliable and the workers are honest! They really try to get the best price for the service for you. I appreciate how personally and friendly all the employees are. It's like family! i would definitely recommend them to others. more

Customer for 6 years, happy with them. 1/25/2017

I've been going to Complete Auto Care for about 6 years now, they do good work. They're usually very quick about getting you in and out, I have no complaints there. Last time I went to them they replaced some tires for me and I was out in a couple of hours. I haven't really compared pricing to other auto shops in years, but when I first went to them I did, and their pricing was fair compared to the competition. Kevin's a really nice guy too. more

I have been a customer of Complete Auto Care for about 3 years. I take my car there for everything. Everyone is always professional and polite. They are usually pretty busy, but Kevin works hard to accommodate. Their prices are better than most others. I definitely recommend them. more

Just fantastic! 11/14/2016

I recommend Complete Auto Care to everyone and anyone who needs help with their cars. Most recently, I got an oil change. Why I would rate them so highly is because Kevin and all of his staff are really knowledgeable, and what I value above all else is their honesty. We fell upon Kevin about six years ago, I was having an issue with a previous car that I had. My car was taken to a different mechanic, and they gave me a quote, but nothing was actually wrong with my vehicle. I looked around for other quotes, I found Kevin, and found what was actually wrong with my vehicle. He only ended up charging for the part that needed to be fixed, which was a 23 dollar part. Since then, Kevin gets any and all of our business. My husband has a Mustang Bullit, and he's very particular about who touches his car, and he trusts Kevin and the shop with the car, so that's saying a lot. Finding a good mechanic is better than gold! I love them so much, would recommend them totally. more

I had heard about Complete Auto Care from an online search engine. They replaced the drive train in my commuter car. Everyone there was very friendly and they did a good job. I recommend them and I will use their service again. more

Good rates, great work 10/6/2016

The guys over at Complete Auto Care are really great and they take good care of their customers. They got the work done quickly and they did it right the first time which was really nice. They called us as soon as the work was done so that we could come pick up the car which I appreciated. I have been to places where they wait for you to call and check up, but these guys take the initiative and let you know. They are very nice guys and they charged very reasonable rates for the work they did so I have no complaints whatsoever. more

Very informative, great prices 8/25/2016

When I moved to this area Complete Auto Care was the 2nd mechanic that I went to to have some work done on my car. Kevin is very informative and he gives you a complete rundown of everything that he suggests and why he recommends it. He has really fair pricing, I feel like I genuinely get a lower price than other places when I go to Kevin. I am very satisfied with the work that he does as well which is why I keep going back and why I recommend him to others. more

For a repair facility, they're the best around in the Manassas area. 7/22/2016

I took my car to Complete Auto Repair to do AC work and they were very good. They had to replace a few components and evacuate the system and they were very professional and got the job done correctly. This was my first time with them and I thought they were totally upfront, reliable and they didn't beat around the bush. If you need your car repaired, this is the place to go! more

Did everything well 6/17/2016

I took my car over to the guys at Complete Auto Care and they took really good care of it. Everything they did they did really well, and my car has been running great since I took it in to these guys. The only reason it was not perfect is that they found some problems that I was not expecting and so while I was expecting to pay $100 to get this one job done, it ended up being a couple hundred dollars because of the unexpected issues. That being said they did great work on all of those issues, I just was not expecting to take care of all of them that day. more

My Car's New Best Friend 4/13/2016

Having gotten fed up with the lack of good customer service at several of the chain auto service stores, I did some research and found Complete Auto Care. What a difference! Friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, hard-working, trustworthy folks who treat you and your car with care and respect. The garage lobby, restroom, etc. were clean and tidy and didn't smell like some garages I've been in. The problem I was having was diagnosed and resolved quickly and professionally. Chatting with Kevin while waiting for my car to be worked on was like spending time with a family member. I have found my new mechanic/garage and will recommend them to everyone I know. Honest, reasonable, quality Service 2/23/2016

This is an auto repair facility you can trust to do a great job for a fair price. More importantly, they stand behind their work and look out for their customers. Awesome service 12/22/2015

If you are in need of an automotive shop this is definitely the place. The reviews drew me in and let me say that disappointment does not reside here. I was very satisfied with the rear brake job that was done. Super friendly and professional was the owner who answers the phone and greets you at the front desk upon arriving. As other customers called and came into the shop. He literally had personal conversations with them. Has that Mom and Pop feel. Complete Auto Care provides a high level of character, honesty, and integrity. 7/13/2015

I've been going to Complete Auto Care for about a year. They're very honest, straightforward, and dependable. We just moved up to the area, and I was looking for somebody to be my mechanic when I just happened to come across their sign. I took a vehicle to them, he looked at it, and actually didn't charge me anything and said that I needed to take it back to the dealer. Since then, he's done some great work for me. He doesn't do emissions, and has recommended a great facility nearby that does. The fact that he has such great relationships with other facilities in the area says a lot! more

Overall very, very happy. 6/18/2015

I have been to Complete Auto Care about a dozen times. The last time I took my car in for work on two tires While they were doing their inspection they also found issues with my break pads. I have worked in the auto industry for over 14 years and I thought that it was nice that they paid attention to detail, and found an issue where I hadn't even asked them to look. They ordered the new break pads, and installed them while I waited. The whole process was quick, and they even gave me a promotional price. I would highly recommend them. Honest and friendly 6/6/2015

My sister and mother took their cars to Kevin, and he came highly recommended. Upon meeting him, he was both warm and friendly, shaking my hand when I came in and hen I left. He kept me informed every step of the way, and the decisions were all mine. There is no pushy mechanic telling you what you HAVE to get. Kevin gives you options, tells you what he recommends, but leaves the ultimate decision in your hands. His shop smells nice, not anything like a mechanics shop and the waiting area is very clean! Kevin even called after I picked up my car, to see how it was driving. VERY nice, genuine, good guy. I'll be going here for all my car needs! Professionalism, quality, honest 6/1/2015

I have tried many auto shops that have charged me for unnecessary work and have not done the work for which I was charged. I found this shop and I can not say enough great things about them. The staff is very friendly, profession, honest, trustworthy, and very informative. They give you the option of taking your replaced part and they show you the problem so you can see for yourself. I can not recommend them enough. more

Honest, friendly, and quick service 4/13/2015

Complete Auto Care is very upfront and honest. Kevin was very informative before he did any work to let me know of things he found on my car that would need to be fixed. He let me know what things would cost, and he went out of his way to find the best deal on different repairs. I also never have to wait long for my car. He is either on time or early. Some repairs he has done recently have been completing a brake job on my truck, installing two front axles, replacing a steering wheel for my son's car, and oil changes on both my car and my son's car.
