Having gotten fed up with the lack of good customer service at several of the chain auto service stores, I did some research and found Complete Auto Care. What a difference! Friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, hard-working, trustworthy folks who treat you and your car with care and respect. The garage lobby, restroom, etc. were clean and tidy and didn't smell like some garages I've been in. The problem I was having was diagnosed and resolved quickly and professionally. Chatting with Kevin while waiting for my car to be worked on was like spending time with a family member. I have found my new mechanic/garage and will recommend them to everyone I know.
