We had a great experience. We bought a pre-owned Ford Edge (went in with that specific vehicle in mind). The employees were honest, up-front, and did not pressure us. Jeff Bancroft and Jaime Dimare gave us a great price and also were very attentive our requests for touching up the paint on a small ding on the vehicle and avoiding certain numbers on the license plate for cultural reasons. We were very impressed with the kid's waiting area, which kept our 2-year-old entertained for the 2 hours at the dealer, and during the subsequent trips for additional paperwork and picking up the car. more

great car dealership 2/2/2014

I recently went to Commonwealth Volkswagen for my 40,000 mile service. The staff was very pleasant and informative of the service to be provided. The wait time was quicker than the estimate given. The waiting area is comfortable and they had donuts and coffee and TV to keep me occupied while I waited. It was an overall pleasant experience. more

I was able to ride right into the service center when it was raining out on a Saturday morning and the service advisors were ready to receive me and they were efficient with processing my information. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I was able to relax and enjoy a movie in their waiting area along with some free coffee and cookies. This was a comfortable and enjoyable experience all around. more

I've given Commonwealth Honda a ""Great"" review because of their fast work and excellent customer service. I arrived at their service center without an appointment, and I needed to get my vehicle inspected. Buddy greeted me with a friendly welcome, and he noticed right away that my sticker was expired. He quickly took my information while another attendant put covers over my car's seats and foot wells. Once I signed the service paperwork, Buddy led me to the waiting area which is nicely equipped with coffee, cookies, a large HDTV, and many comfortable chairs. Less than 20 minutes later, Buddy came back to tell me that my car was ready. He summarized the work that was done, let me know that everything looked good, and informed me where I could find my car (even down to the parking space number). I fully recommend the service center at Commonwealth Honda for all your vehicle maintenance. more

My wife and I had a very good experience dealing with Commonwealth Honda. The sales people,Tyler Reed and Daniel Young in particular, spent time explaining all the options including leasing and buying. After careful consideration we bought a 2014 Honda Odyssey. These salesman were well informed, helpful and we did not feel the ""high pressure"" sales approach we found at other dealerships. Also Jim Volpe was excellent at explaining all the financing options. I would highly recommend this dealership and these individuals. This is second vehicle we purchased from Commonwealth and will be back again.\r \r more

I recently purchased my first car from Honda Commonwealth. I was very nervous since this was not only my first time buying a car but of the common perception of dealing with car salesmen. I worked with Peter Decosta and couldn t of had a better experience. I was able to get a car that I could afford and Peter worked with me through the whole process. Honda was so accommodating and even helped me by picking me up at work the following week so I could pick up my new car. Karen was also so helpful while figuring out my financing. I can t wait to work with Honda Commonwealth in the future! more

Commonwealth Honda is a great place to buy a new Honda. They are very patient & polite. They actually did have the best price, so their Shop Us Last motto is very true. I have now purchased two new Hondas from them and both experiences have been very good ones. more

Had my inspection performed today and the Nissan team was just great. There's never a wait and no hassles. I had made an appointment and he told me that I don't have to make appointments. I hadn't even gone to your dealership before November and I think I'm going to change from my other dealership. Thanks! more

I went to Commonwealth Honda to get a remote starter installed to get ready for the cold weather. I bought my car from them, so I knew it would be a positive experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with my remote starter. I will definitely go back to Commonwealth if I get anything else done to my car. more

We have had EXCELLENT service at Commonwealth Kia every time we've been. Our car (AKA ""Kiki"") is awesome and we have no complaints. We've had her for a year and a half and have had several oil changes at Commonwealth. There customer service department is friendly, service is timely, price is right, and there waiting room area is clean and tidy! Very thankful for there quality service :) more
