I've given Commonwealth Honda a ""Great"" review because of their fast work and excellent customer service. I arrived at their service center without an appointment, and I needed to get my vehicle inspected. Buddy greeted me with a friendly welcome, and he noticed right away that my sticker was expired. He quickly took my information while another attendant put covers over my car's seats and foot wells. Once I signed the service paperwork, Buddy led me to the waiting area which is nicely equipped with coffee, cookies, a large HDTV, and many comfortable chairs. Less than 20 minutes later, Buddy came back to tell me that my car was ready. He summarized the work that was done, let me know that everything looked good, and informed me where I could find my car (even down to the parking space number). I fully recommend the service center at Commonwealth Honda for all your vehicle maintenance.
