My experience at Commonwealth Honda was amazing. I was absolutely floored by the experience at first and continue to be completely satisfied as I drive my Honda Insight every day. At first I was greeted by an mediocre sales rep, I believe his name was Engel? This man was about to let me walk out the door seeing as I had my heart set on the Honda Fit and they did not have what i was looking for in stock. I was then helped by the wonderful Gary K. His enthusiasm resonated with myself and my husband who were excitedly looking forward to leaving with a new Honda. Gary had asked what we ultimately wanted in our car and offered a test drive for a similar model, the Honda Insight, which succeed our requirements of good gas mileage and reliability. The entire pitch I never caught a whiff of that traditional sales man persona of a shady, money hungry, pressuring sales man. To be honest Gary seemed to genuinely care! As the test drive ensued, I began to love the car and love my experience. No question was too much for this guy, he was more than happy to engage in any request I made. As we spent a good couple hours reviewing our financing options and the logistics of the buy, myself and my husband spent that time with Gary who was just a pleasure to be around! Gary referred us to the Financing Manager John Murray who was awesome. Both very personable and friendly, the entire staff made me feel welcomed. As soon as John Murray lead us to his office he went straight to work for us. He kept us entertained as he went to battle. Although I had a good credit rating, my work, and my short line of credit made it difficult for John to complete the financing. Not a sweat for this guy! He worked immensely hard for me to walk out with this car and he got the job done with a smile on his face. I consider it a rarity for someone to do what this gentleman has done. In my eyes at least, he moved mountains for nothing in return but a smiling customer. The service was just simply amazing, no superb. I could not have asked for more from this team! I find it hard to put in words how much I appreciate these two gentleman and their efforts. I have and will continue to refer as many people as possible to your sterling place of business.\r
