I emailed a few dealerships to get a written quote, then I sent the best quote to a few dealerships to see if anyone could beat it. Commonwealth Nissan was the only dealership willing to beat the price. I was a little skeptical that they wouldn't honor the price once I got there, but Bobby B gave me the price that was promised. Jose C was a great and friendly sales person. Mark B was very helpful with financing after my Credit Union started giving me trouble with my out-of-state license. All three people I worked with were very nice and helpful, and I would recommend them if you're in the market for a new car! more

Just had my used car serviced at the VW dealership. Chris was extremely helpful and honest. He personally walked me through every detail of the maintenance being performed on my vehicle. My car was serviced promptly, efficiently and I look forward to bringing my car back for my next check up. more

Since it was my first time leasing I wasn't familiar with the process and he was very helpful with explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. I had an excellent time with the team at Common Wealth Motors.\r When I say team I really mean team. Everyone knows that car sales men are on commission. You would hard a difficult time finding that type of environment here. Many sales personal came in and gave me answers to my questions and it was not in there direct benefit to answer. I find that very inviting and would recommend that experience to anyone.\r In my particular situation I had a difficult time trying to find a car that would fit my financial needs. Grant my sales associate gave me the perfect package and personally catered it to the success of getting not only one but two brand new cars to get me moving.\r Grant did not bat an eye to the many cars I test drove and the several hundred questions I had for all of them. I trust CommonWealth and will come back for future car purchases. \r \r Overall I feel the team all they could to make sure they they placed my family in two cars that met my aggressive budget. Its funny because we actually did shop them last and bought two cars. more

I purchased a CRV in August and Ainsley was my Salesman. I couldn’t say more about how great he was. Very friendly, patient, and listened to what I wanted and what I said I could afford for payments. I was a little indecisive at first between a couple of vehicles. I got the information I needed and said that I would get back in touch. I didn’t feel pressured and I had some more questions and we kept communication going through email and a couple of days later I was in my new CRV. I decided to go to Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence, MA because my father in law had such a great experience when he bought his car this Feb' 13. I was viewing their used cars and saw the car that I had always dreamed of owning a Land Rover LS3 HSE. Upon arrival I was greeted by a warm friendly sales person named Jose. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations about my sales experience. He explained all the features and answered all of your questions and better he let us take the time we needed to make sure that this was the car for me. At the end of the day my husband drove home in the car that I wanted and I am beyond happy. more

Brought my car in to be serviced and a week later was in an accident. Both the collision center and the VW maintenance crew were professional as always. Reggie in the service department was prompt, professional, and always explains all options to me without making be feel stupid. He even went to VW to get them to cover a part that was technically no longer under warranty because of my long standing relationship with VW, saving me 800 dollars! I would recommend this service team to anyone and will continue to bring them my business. more

Just purchased my second used vehicle from Commonwealth Motors since May. I cannot say enough good things about them. Mark Bernier was my salesman again. He is great. He does not pressure you into buying something you do not want. He only shows you what you are interested in, but did explain all my options (new, lease used) and told me the advantages and disadvantages of all. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I have received from them. I will only buy my cars from them from now on. Thanks again for a great experience. more

I just purchased a 2014 Honda CRV-EX from this dealership. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Commonwealth Honda, having bought my wife s Honda Pilot there last year. John Thompson was great to deal with, as was Paula. I would highly recommend this dealership for not only their Sales department, but also for their Service department. They are outstanding! more

liked working out the basics of the deal by email with the internet consultant Ann Fitzgerald. She was friendly, straightforward, patient and honest. I really liked coming into the dealership knowing the basics of the deal up-front - I knew the car, the options, the price and financing up-front. This made me really happy and comfortable even before I came into the dealership.\r But the truly exceptional experience was working with our Sales Associate Daniel Young. Daniel was warm, friendly, helpful, eager to please, knowledgeable and just an all around great guy. My wife and I loved him - we would give him 12 on 10 if we could! Dan always went the extra mile to exceed our expectations every time. I am glad that my wife and I could say this in person to Charlie Daher when we came to pick up the car after getting a spoiler installed.\r more

I just bought a 2013 Chevy Sonic, and I love it! I test drove a Mazda2 and a Honda Fit beforehand. I'm glad I went with the Chevy. It's got a lot of pep for a small car and gets great gas mileage, which is awesome for my long work commute. Chris D. was super helpful. He spent the whole Saturday with my wife and I. He was very patient and didn't make me feel pressured into anything. He was easy to talk to and we found ourselves talking about lots of other things besides cars! A very nice guy to deal with! Commonwealth gave me a fair price for my trade-in with 160,000 + miles on it. And I got a good deal on the Sonic with a low interest rate. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I like to keep cars for a long time, and find the shopping experience pretty tedious. But they made it actually fun and quite simple. Go and get yourself a new Chevy. And don't forget to ring the bell!! more

Overall it was a good experience. The used car manager Carlos Rodriguez, buisness manager Franklyn Veloz, and sales associate Jose Ferriera made the search for a used car easy giving us all the options and working with what we needed. Their service was prompt and they offered very good customer service. We needed a used car that was good on gas milage and had a few extras for a good price and thats exactly what they found for us. They were helpful, easy to work with, and our decision was easy to make. I recommend commonwealth motors. more

I had been driving a pretty old car and knew that it was going to die on me pretty soon. My friend suggested that I look at Commonwealth Motors and the next day another friend emailed a copy of their advertised specials. I took it as a sign, and drove there the next night to test drive a Honda Civic. I was thoroughly surprised to be greeted before even stepping inside. The staff in general were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with Enyel. This was the first new car purchase I have ever made and my anxiety level was through the roof. He was friendly and joked around which helped me calm down and actually enjoy the car buying process. John Murray was also another pleasure to work with. Together both Enyel and John worked hard to make sure I got to drive my car off the lot in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Commonwealth Motors, Enyel and John Murray to anyone looking to purchase a car. I know that there motto is ""shop us last, you'll love us"" but I would say to skip the other dealerships and shop them first. I guarantee you'll love them. more
