I have one Honda CRV and am always doing maintenance in the service center at Commonwealth Motors because I am living nearby the town. The services are great. Last month, I just bought another car, PILOT from this dealership. The sales are nice and do not play tricks with customers. My wife and I are very happy with their services and the deal we got recently. Both sales and service center staff are very professional and helpful regarding your request and questions. I definitely recommend this dealership to others. more

I had a great experience here shopping for a VW. After visiting another dealer where we were treated not so nice. It was very comforting walking through the door at Commonwealth. Both the salesman Jonathan Crotti and the manager Dennis Millman were very helpful and up front. A great experience so far more

I had a great experience at this dealership. I worked with John Thompson but found the entire staff to be courteous and helpful. I found the whole experience to be hassle free and speedy. I had my guard up but was pleasantly surprised. I have gone to this dealership for years. I bought my CRV there in 2005 and always go there for service. They are honest and go above and beyond. I even had my service associate vacuum out my entire car at my 150,000 mile service with my CRV after I asked him to pardon the mess in my car! I'm loving my 2013 Accord and I'm loving this dealership! The cookies they sent me as a thank you was a great (and delicious) touch! They really do put customers first! more

I am very pleased with my new Accord Coupe EX-L V6. John Thompson was a true professional and did an excellent job with the entire sales process. I was able to get a great price after some haggling. I was able to take delivery of the car the very next day after purchasing. John did a terrific job explaining all the features of the car. I even received a box of cookies in the mail from Commonwealth Honda. I could not be more happy with my purchase. more

I have a nissan altima that needed an oil change, tire rotation and car inspection, They were so friendly and so the people I worked with had such great sense of humor. They were fast and had me in and out very quickly. There was coffee freshly brewed and they were great with keeping me updated. I also got a $5 discount for checking in on facebook! more

Good dealership to deal with! You find the car you want and have everything taken care of for you. \r \r I heard about the dealership through some friends of mine who told me it is the biggest dealership in town. \r I was able to buy a Chevy Equinox with the specification I wanted and I was given a price in between my budget. \r Chris was very helpful, gave me all the information I asked for and helped me throughout the process. He also made it an easy process for me to get the car. I was happy with the service. more

Best customer service! I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing another vehicle after having had a bad experience elsewhere, but the staff at commonwealth motors was polite, caring, and attentive. I left that day with a Toyota Yaris and it drives amazing. Great purchase! BTW I worked with Victor, he was amazing as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. more

Our service at Commonwealth with Anthony Vancini (sales) and Karen Pelletier (finance) could not have gone any better. We were in a new car in a day and are tickled pink to be driving a beautiful 2013 Civic. The attention to detail at the dealership was awesome down to the cookies and candy for our 9 year old. This was our first trip to commonwealth Honda, but it certainly not be our last. SHOP THEM FIRST and don't bother with the others!!!!!!! more

I really enjoyed working with Wilson Ramirez at Commonwealth Honda. Aside from being quite possibly the happiest person I've ever met, he was attentive, knowledgable, and took the time to explain all of my options and worked to find the best fit for me. I originally went to Commonwealth to look at a Certified Used car, but when I was still uncertain about committing to the purchase, Wilson took the time to explain a lease option to me, and why it would be a better fit. He was straightforward, and I am confident he worked on my behalf to get me the best deal possible. The best part was there was no pressure- it literally took me 3 weeks to make a decision- and all of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The showroom was clean and organized, and Wilson even took the time to give me a tour of their service facilities and rates. I highly recommend working with Wilson Ramirez at Commonwealth whether you're in the market for a new or used car- I drove all the way from Gloucester to Lawrence and it was well worth the trip! more

I looked around quite a bit for my 2013 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X 6 speed manual. I received quotes from several dealers both on the buy back of my old car and the purchase of the new truck. After performing all my research and geared to buy my new Nissan, I decided to call Commonwealth per their shop us last slogan. Not only did they meet the price I was offered on my previous vehicle, but they beat the best price on the new vehicle! Upon arrival to confirm the deal, there was zero haggling and everything was as promised. Delivery of the vehicle took a little longer than expected, but understood since the vehicle came through a dealer swap and add on parts took a while for delivery. I would gladly buy a vehicle from this dealer again and their employees. Both Mark (Sales) and Bobby(Manager) were a huge help to me and kept annoyances to a minimum. more

We went to Commonwealth to test drive a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. The lease on our current Maxima was not up until August so we had no intention in getting in to something new when we went in. Dan made the entire process easy and relaxing and we ended up getting out of our lease early and in to the Pathfinder. The color I wanted was not on the lot so Dan and his team worked to track down the vehicle and within 2 days I had the color I wanted and was driving away happy. From the time we walked in until the day we drove off, Dan made us feel welcome and at ease with the process. We could not be happier with Dan or our experience at Commonwealth Nissan. more
