My husband and I recently purchased an SUV from Commonwealth motors. We knew we wanted an SUV but didn't know which one. When we got there the Salesmen came out and welcomed us and asked a few questions, we told them we wanted to look first then if we need help we'll ask. They said ok no problem. We were back and forth several times. Then when we did decide, we talked to Bob Nerden, he's very nice, humorous, and was willing to accommodate us. 10/04/14\r I got my usual quick turnaround when I brought my 2007 Pilot in for an oil change this week. I am always pleased with the service - it's clean, professional, and quick.\r \r 06/11/14\r This was my first ""emergency"" problem I've experienced while driving. The Pilot check-engine light went on, the car reacted sluggishly, but was still driveable to Commonwealth. It was almost 5, and Lee told me it would have to be a first thing in the morning repair (EGR valve replacement).Commonwealth courtesy shuttle brought me home. I asked for early afternoon pickup - it was ready by 2pm the next day, and the shuttle came to my house for the ride back to Commonwealth. Great experience.\r \r 04/29/14\r Got my Express oil change on a rainy morning. Before I started going to Commonwealth, I avoided oil changes on rainy days; I always examine the undercarriage for oil drips, and rain drops just confuse the matter. With Commonwealth, I don't worry about oil drips anymore. Solid work!\r \r 04/01/14\r I was a day late on my state inspection sticker so I popped into Commonwealth hoping for a quick turnaround before I left for work. Jorge Crespo took care of me, performed the service quickly, and delivered my car to me ahead of schedule.\r \r 02/17/14\r This was my big ticket service. I have a 2007 Pilot (84k miles) and the timing belt was due. First break was a $125 discount coupon on this service that was emailed to me by Commonwealth Honda. Second break was Buddy Bernard; he got my job completed by 3pm for a service that generally takes the entire day.\r \r 12/23/13\r A quick visit. I requested a price for new spark plugs (next visit or two) and got my oil change card punched for both this visit and my previous visit (forgot my card that time). After five oil changes, the 6th one is free.\r \r 09/27/13\r Went for my Express Service oil change and also received a timing belt replacement estimate. As you know, it's a pricey job, so Susan wanted to get me thinking about it for the future. Very pleased with Commonwealth Nissan!! Spoke with Rob Ingemi on the phone and he was most helpful - he is the reason we chose to look at Commonwealth Nissan. Once there we worked with Benny Brighi in sales and he was great. We had tried to work with another Nissan dealership prior to Commonwealth and the service was horrendous. So glad with our choice. Just like it says on the advertisement, ""Shop Us Last and You'll Love Us!"" They were the first and last dealership we shopped. It was a perfect experience, with a friendly sales and financing staff, we went in, were shown some great vehicles, chose a civic and went through all of the paperwork and questions. In less than a day we had the car, and all of our questions were answered. 5 stars! more

I truly wasn't going to buy a car that day. I was just going to look after I had done some research the day before. I owned a 10 yr. old nissan that was a great car to me for as long as I had it. My decision to purchase a new vehicle was solely based on the winter we had the previous yr. When I first purchased my nissan at a honda dealership I really wanted a honda, but realized it wouldn't be possible financially at that time. At commonwealth the sales man Luis was really nice, helpful and fast. He asked the right questions and gave me the answers that were already in my heart. This purchase was a big deal for me and im happy luis was my sales man. I am now a proud owner of a honda crv and I am happy everyday I drive it...thanks luis. I am already looking forward to purchasing from this dealer in the future. Oh and they got me financed which was a concern for me, but they made it happen and I can start rebuilding my credit...which will be even more important the next time I visit to make a purchase.
