I received one message that said the repairman was on the way. I did not receive any other information about what the repair involved. I would have liked to know what the problem was when he completed the work. I still don't know what he did to fix the problem. I gave you 4 stars because my renters have said the furnace now works. Would have been 5 stars if the company representative called me when the work was completed.
