We returned home on a late Sunday afternoon after spending the weekend moving our oldest Son into the Dorm at SFUSU. After a long hot drive I was looking forward to relaxing back at home, however we discovered the air conditioning had gone out and our house was at 92 degrees. We made a call to Comfort Experts and Dalton H. arrived quickly. He was professional and quickly went to work diagnosing the problem. The fan motor had finally failed (we had been told that it was not looking good when they came to service the system earlier in the year) and the old breaker had broken when I had shut it off. He had the correct parts on his truck and quickly fixed everything, tested the condenser and we had a nice cool house in no time. Dalton H. was very friendly, took time to pet my dogs and fixed our problem on a Sunday afternoon. He took time to explain everything and overall a potentially miserable evening was avoided. Appreciation 8/14/2014

When our air conditioner quit working on Saturday, a call to Comfort Experts was all that was required. Lisa was very helpful and calmed our nerves by informing us that Comfort Experts has 24 - 7 emergency service and that we would have a service rep at our home sometime that evening. Brian appeared at our door in less than two hours and completed the service quickly to allow my husband and me to enjoy the rest of the evening in a cooling home. We both appreciate the service we received from Comfort Experts, thank you! more

Comfortable in Burleson 7/25/2014

On July 8 Trey and Jesus installed a new unit for me. The timing was crucial since I was expecting a house full of company for the summer. A week later, my mother said the back bedroom (from a garage add on) was too warm to leave the door closed. Technicians came out the day after I called and went up in the attic to reconfigure the whole duct system to that area. That work resulted in a marked increase of cold air. I appreciate the fact that Ralph's promise to make us all comfortable was honored. Even my guests from upstate New York have been cool (and unwilling to get out in the july heat!). more

Expert Evaluation & Installation of Air Conditioning/Heating 7/19/2014

We called Comfort Experts when we wanted to get our old air conditioner running. Rob G. did a thorough job job evaluating what we needed to effectively cool/heat our home, working within our budget, and presenting our option. The installers, Mark and Jody, did an awesome job. They really cared about the work they did. They got the whole system in the same day working in a super small area, tested everything, showed us how to use & care for the new system, answered all our additional questions, and cleaned up everything. This is a A+ team. more
