On July 8 Trey and Jesus installed a new unit for me. The timing was crucial since I was expecting a house full of company for the summer. A week later, my mother said the back bedroom (from a garage add on) was too warm to leave the door closed. Technicians came out the day after I called and went up in the attic to reconfigure the whole duct system to that area. That work resulted in a marked increase of cold air.
I appreciate the fact that Ralph's promise to make us all comfortable was honored. Even my guests from upstate New York have been cool (and unwilling to get out in the july heat!).
