We returned home on a late Sunday afternoon after spending the weekend moving our oldest Son into the Dorm at SFUSU. After a long hot drive I was looking forward to relaxing back at home, however we discovered the air conditioning had gone out and our house was at 92 degrees. We made a call to Comfort Experts and Dalton H. arrived quickly. He was professional and quickly went to work diagnosing the problem. The fan motor had finally failed (we had been told that it was not looking good when they came to service the system earlier in the year) and the old breaker had broken when I had shut it off. He had the correct parts on his truck and quickly fixed everything, tested the condenser and we had a nice cool house in no time. Dalton H. was very friendly, took time to pet my dogs and fixed our problem on a Sunday afternoon. He took time to explain everything and overall a potentially miserable evening was avoided.
