Ralph and Dustin responded to an emergency call when my AC was not working. They were both very professional and personable. They discussed the issues and their concerns with me. They were very honest, straight-forward, and easy to understand with the technical talk. They were up-front about pricing and gave recommendations and options to me for repair. They had me laughing, which is remarkable considering my house was like an oven during a rainstorm! I truly appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. I have been a customer of Comfort Experts for several years and have always had a positive experience. more

Great Service, Very Knowledgeable 6/22/2014

Jeremy came and did a tune up to our air conditioner. He went beyond just the tune up and cleaned out a pipe he noticed had dirt in it. He also was very honest and was not pushy on selling extra things that we don't need. I would recommend this company to anyone. more

Semi-annual Service 5/7/2014

Preston was courteous and performed the service in a timely manner - he also made sure that everything was clean before and after the work was performed. Preston reminded me that the warranty on my unit was going to expire in a few months and that adding a compressor saver would help extend the life of the unit and keep it humming along through these hot summers. All in all, I was happy with the service. more

Great Service 4/30/2014

Dalton came out and serviced my ac. He just did what I wanted and was honest. He didn't over sell anything. I will ask for him again. I am sure I will continue to get good service. Response was quick as well about 2 hours after I called. Thanks for the excellent service. more

Service Rep and Service Technician 4/28/2014

My initial contact was met with kind consideration and the technician sent to do the work was knowledgeable and fast. I appreciated most the "non pushy" approach to recommended services. When he entered the home, I was pleasantly surprised when he pulled out some surgical footies to cover his shoes. Great Job...will recommend! more

Johnny has been performing the preventive maintenance for about 4yrs, maybe more. He is great & we have never had a service call on our 13yr old unit Comfort Experts installed. With our track record, I did not even consider anyone else when purchasing a new unit in March. Johnny has been very dependable & Rob is great to work with as well. more

PUNCTUAL, POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL 3/14/2014

Service Pro Dennis C was on time as scheduled. He entered my home with covers over his boots and proceeded to check out my heating unit and explain what and why he was doing. He was patient and knowledgable answering the barrage of questions that I had and went above and beyond the inspection special that I had ordered. In the future if I should have problems with my central heat unit I would not hesitate to call Comfort Experts. more
