SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM \r \r I have never , ever used this company what so ever, yet I have been receiving calls from them all day long telling me that I set up an appointment with them for service on my A/C system. After telling three of the callers from Cole Services that I did NOT make any appointment with them AND to stop calling, they continued to push. Then they tried telling me that they spoke to my wife, which was a complete LIE! After leaving 5 more messages on my machine, the last one threatening me that ""I spoke to you this morning and you promised to the terms of the appointment so you are liable for the service call time""... I blew up, called them AGAIN and demanded to speak to a manager. The manager, as it turns out, was the liar on the answering machine that was threatening me with service charges! This ""company"" is a SCAM!!! Do not do ANY business with them as they are scam artists and nothing more. I have used the same plumbing and heating company for 20yrs (JACOT Plumbing) and have NEVER had anything but perfect and fair priced service, why would I call someone else??? SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! more

I can not believe this company is getting any business, The customer service is atrocious!! I set up an appt on 8/3 around 11am to have someone come out to unclog my kitchen sink. It was a saturday, so i know that the plumbers would be busy, The Guy i booked the app for 2-4 and assured me that the dispatch person would call 30 minutes before a tech arrived. around 3:50 i get a call saying the plumber will be late, and he would be there before 6 pm., I understood and was assured I would get a 30 minute call before the tech would arrive. at 5:30 the dispatcher Kayla called and said that a tech was not going to come out and was rescheduling me for sunday morning... She didn't even ask, she just did it. When i explained to her that I had been waiting all day for the tech she said ""WELL THATS NOT MY PROBLEM SIR!"" I then asked to speak to her supervisor, she laughed and said ""I AM THE SUPERVISOR SIR"" This woman was so incredibly rude to me that I decided then and there to never have anything to do with this company again. Any company that has the ""Not my problem "" attitude deserves every single bad review. more

Melissa was my Customer Care Rep. Extremely professional, she had Jessie out to clear my drain. He was polite and treated my home with respect, and helped me stay within my budget. Melissa called me back after the service was over to see how everything went. It was a pleasure doing business with these two. I highly recommend this company. more

I called in and spoke to Nicole who was so helpful and they got a plumber out to me and immediately cleared the drain for $79 and was gone before I even had to start dinner! Fast efficient and well priced! Nicole even called back to make sure drain was good! Top notch. more

Lorenzo and Gonzalo installed ac at my home and were superb in every area. They were quick, efficient, polite, professional and effective. They completed the job earlier than their estimate and left my home in immaculate condition. They deserve the highest praise and I would recommend them enthusiastically. more

I had a similar issue as the reviewers. I called them for a clogged drain and bought into the $79 deal. A very down to earth, sweet technician came out, but after that day the drain was still draining slowly and continued to get worse. I called them back 3 weeks later, my fault for waiting that long, and made an appointment for that Saturday. They never called and missed the appointment. I called them Monday to ask what happened - they had no idea, but I was still pleasant at this point since they told me they could have someone come out that evening between 5 & 8pm. I had been told by the scheduler that if the clogged drain was still the issue they wouldn't charge a service fee, but if it was something else, they would. Sounds fine to me. Time passed, no call, so I called them and was reassured they would not assess the fee. The dispatcher then called me to tell me they could not come out that night and there was NO WARRANTY on the service to begin with. ""It's stated in big letters"" on the work receipt, apparently, however, you get the work receipt when the job is already completed, right? And to top it off, she said I wasn't even calling within 30 days - so I guess that seals the deal. SHE SAID THERE WAS NO RECORD OF MY PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT - THAT THEY MISSED! I would've been within the 30 days if they had come out. So there is no good faith with this company - they can say they're providing a service and if it conveniently isn't fixed, there is nothing you can do but pay them again for another service fee. From the sound of other reviews this sounds like a scam. They throw in a disclaimer on the work receipt so they can get away with this cheap tactic. This is the first review I've ever given, but I'm fuming. more

I called Cole to deal with a stopped up kitchen sink. Although the plumber solved the problem, their billing left a lot to be desired. I was told the fee would be $79. When the plumber arrived, he quickly changed this to $179. Then he decided I ""needed"" a service that cost $375. When I phoned the office to ask if their advertised $50 off could be applied to the $375, I was told yes. But when the bill was presented, the plumber refused to deduct that amount. He said I had already been given a discount because he had waived the $49 trip charge and the $175. Did they really expect to collect approx $600 for a 45 minute service call? I later called the office to complain about bait and switch pricing and was offered a ""free"" HHVAC inspection - which usually cost (you guessed it!) $79! Having been burned once already, I decided to decline this offer. Reading various reviews, I see now I am not the only one to complain about bait and switch - so be careful! more

I've been with Cole Services Plumbing Heating and Air for over 3 years. Their communication, work, and follow-up are A+ ! Recently, technician Robert came out to to a tune-up on our forced-air heating system, and was very thorough, helpful, and respectful. Service, advice, and top-notch work are much appreciated. You just don't see that very much nowadays. I highly recommend them! more

Will NEVER, EVER, USE THEM AGAIN! We had too much toilet paper stuck in the pipe which happens after my kids birthday party. The plumber we usually call was away, so my wife called this $64 deal which is a scam. I told the guy he needed to run a 50 ft snake from the roof vent to unclog it. He said ""we don't do roof vents"" and ""it will cost $217"" and NO GUARANTEES. So I said whatever. After I puled off the wall paneling, cut a pipe off for him and assisted him. After he left the toilet started to backup again, so I decided to fix it myself by capping the pipe we cut then filling up the tub, sink and flushing/plunging the toilet. Right before I was going to call them back, the water suddenly started to drain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WASTE YOUR MONEY. My wife called them and complained about the fee, then the guy said he was sorry WE misunderstood the add. What an idiot. They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but misrepresentation only satisfies them, NOT THE CUSTOMER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. BAD, VERY BAD!!!! more

I called Cole Services to repair a leaky faucet and not only was there a quick turn around time, I had a very helpful and an excellent customer service orientated professional arrive by the name of Chris D. He was thorough in his work while explaining why I was having a problem with my faucet. We could use more customer service professionals like Chris D! Thanks!!! more

I had found Cole Plumbing on a search and should of checked it out further. It sounded like the prices were reasonable and had a special. Of course, my kitchen sink didn't meet their special requirements of $79. For them coming out it was $49, that would be waived if the work was done. It was $250 to remove the p trap and use the snake. I did pay it, due to being the end of the day and needing the sink unclogged. I did tell the plumber that I thought the price was high and even called the office and told them that too. I paid the bill, but WILL NEVER USE THE SERVICE AGAIN. more

called for the kitchensink cloged. they sent a technician that's rude & untrained.ended up with sewer water flooded my family room without even try to uncloged the sink.the guy was so rude that i have to call the police to get him out of the house.after i complained to his boss. the next day they sent out two technician & after they both tried for 10 or 15 minutes then they claim that the pipe undergound was broken need to replace.they call their supervisor & he came out about 10 minutes later,without checking , he told me the samething & gave me a quote for 46000.00 to fix &replace the broken pipe. the supervisor told me to deal with him only & don't call anybody else then he would give me a big discount. i knew it's ridiculous to cost 46000.00 to replace a pipeline and that might not even the problem,so i call roto rooter for a camera inspection the same day.they sent out a technician & i told the technician what's going on & he asked me to let him try to unclog the sink, & if it not working, he would not charges me anything. so he gets up to the roof and 15 minutes later, the sink was uncloged and the technician told me to beware of people we dealing with. cole plumbing service not only did not have the knowledge to do the job, and their intention was to ripedoff their customers anyway they can. so everyones beware of the big crooed in town. more
