I had a similar issue as the reviewers. I called them for a clogged drain and bought into the $79 deal. A very down to earth, sweet technician came out, but after that day the drain was still draining slowly and continued to get worse. I called them back 3 weeks later, my fault for waiting that long, and made an appointment for that Saturday. They never called and missed the appointment. I called them Monday to ask what happened - they had no idea, but I was still pleasant at this point since they told me they could have someone come out that evening between 5 & 8pm. I had been told by the scheduler that if the clogged drain was still the issue they wouldn't charge a service fee, but if it was something else, they would. Sounds fine to me. Time passed, no call, so I called them and was reassured they would not assess the fee. The dispatcher then called me to tell me they could not come out that night and there was NO WARRANTY on the service to begin with. ""It's stated in big letters"" on the work receipt, apparently, however, you get the work receipt when the job is already completed, right? And to top it off, she said I wasn't even calling within 30 days - so I guess that seals the deal. SHE SAID THERE WAS NO RECORD OF MY PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT - THAT THEY MISSED! I would've been within the 30 days if they had come out. So there is no good faith with this company - they can say they're providing a service and if it conveniently isn't fixed, there is nothing you can do but pay them again for another service fee. From the sound of other reviews this sounds like a scam. They throw in a disclaimer on the work receipt so they can get away with this cheap tactic. This is the first review I've ever given, but I'm fuming.
