The service was outstanding. I purchased a set of Pirouette shades. After about 4 weeks I was called to schedule an appointment for installation. A couple of days later the installation was done. The installers were very professional and quick. My wife and friends love them. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and others. more

I had some Blackout shades installed in my home this past weekend and I am pleased. My wife and I are expecting our babygirl anyday now and wanted to find a product that would be appropriate for the nursery. Stephan recommended these honeycomb shades that are also cordless. I'm pleased with the outcome, not only do these shades make a huge difference in lighting but the room seems to be far more insulated than before. After the arrival of Baby Madison my wife and I plan to purchase new treatments for our entire home. We are excited and looking forward to working with Interior Motif in the very near future. more

Horrible Installation! 1/25/2012

Although Interior Motif offers quality products, their installers are careless and unprofessional. The installer did not use all of the hardware recommended (and provided) by the manufacturer, installed a couple blinds so that they are visibly askew, trimmed the cord too short on one of our blinds so that it cannot be fully extended and forgot to leave all of the hardware that came with our blinds (poles, extra brackets, etc). When we called the office regarding our concerns, the owner was rude and insisted that the installation was ?normal?. After months of attempting to resolve the problems with the owner, we eventually obtained the missing hardware directly from the manufacturer and reinstalled the blinds ourselves. more

Great Salesman, Horrible Service 1/19/2012

We received great service from the owner and office staff while deciding which window treatments to purchase, however, there was no follow through when it came to installation. The owner visited our house to take measurements, however, ordered the wrong sized blinds for three windows. He attempted to collect the balance due before agreeing to provide replacement blinds arguing that it?s normal for there to be a 2 to 3 inch gap between the blind and window casing. When replacement blinds were eventually ordered several weeks later, installation was sloppy -- blinds were installed at an angle and off center. more

Wonderful Experience with Interior Motif 12/12/2011

Interior Motif made the whole process of covering my windows easier than I could've ever imagined. The consultation was free, the time from ordering to installing was as expected, the installer worked fast and knew what he was doing, and there is a lifetime warranty on all of my blinds. I'll definitely be recommending interior motif to all my family and friends. more

Best Experience with Interior Motif 10/31/2011

I had the best experience with Interior Motif... I know that not everyone can have such a great experience but honestly I don't trust some of these bad reviews.. especially when they use the same wordings. Anway...the whole staff is great! Interior Motif was recommended to me since they have done so much work in my building, so I walked in the show room to browse the products and one of the girls immediately helped me and offered information. I scheduled a free consultation and Stephan came to my home and I got to see a bunch of samples up against my window so i could make the best choice with my decor, the lighting, etc. They were installed in about 3 weeks as promised, and honestly it couldn't have gone any smoother. To make things even better, the installers will come out for free for a year if anything goes wrong, and there is a lifetime warranty on all Hunter Douglas products!! I will definitely be using them again! more

Bad Experience -- Watch out! 10/17/2011

Never received what I ordered nor what was written in the home consultant order, incorrect color and dimensions. Instead of owning the issue and helping me they wanted more money and almost two months more to have the manufacturer fix the problem by reprocessing the order as something that I did not like instead of admitting that they enter the order incorrectly. Now I have to go to court to recover my money or get the right shades without having to pay extra over the thousands of dollars I already paid. Echoing another reviewer--I'd give them 0 stars if possible. more

Extremely happy with my experience with Interior Motif 10/5/2011

I couldn't be happier with my new blinds from Interior Motif! First I stopped by the show room to get a feel for the products that they offer and the staff was very helpful (and patient) with offering information. I had a free consultation with the decorator Stephan, and he had all the samples with him so I could choose what would look best throughout my condo. For my living room I went with power screen shades which give a very simple yet modern feel. In my bedroom I chose silhouettes which are a great alternative to the plain regular blinds you see everywhere.. They were installed in about 3-4 weeks as was promised to me, and the installers were also very knowledgable and helpful. If for any reason I need the blinds to be serviced they will do so for free for a year.. All in all I couldn't be more satisfied and I will definitely be recommending them! more

I had a pleasant experience.. My husband and I went to Interior Motif one evening. There was a young lady there working and I was told that the sales staff have left for the evening and she wasnt as knowledgable on the products. Well I must say, for someone who didntknow the products well, she went Over and Beyond to show us all the samples, and even called her boss to ask questions, not only was she absolutely adorable, elequent, and with a wonderful sense of humor, she stayed late for us .. that was the first impression. We than had a Steven come to our home, and explained to us all of the products in details.. although I would have liked to have gotten the blinds installed earlier..when they did arrive we scheduled, and the installer was probably as nice as the girl at the desk... wonderful customer service, and amazing outcome. more

never recieved the right blinds, wrong everything! now have to go through to whole court process to get my freakin money back. pissed me off.. more

Terrible service 12/11/2010

Had a terrible experience with them. Their team would not arrive on time (within the time frame suggested) and after a several-month delay on the curtains, the material was wrong. There is no ""customer is right"" here--it's been a terrible experience. The people who came and installed our blinds were rude--kept rolling their eyes at each other and somehow gave off the impression that they thought we were inferior. Maybe because we are first-generation Americans? They definitely have low prices. But you get what you pay for. Echoing another reviewer--I'd give them 0 stars if possible. more

Interior Motif Best Overall Experience 3/4/2010

The Staff was Outstanding, Friendly and Efficient! They were very knowledgable and helpful! The installers were so nice, and everything came out beautiful. They had the lowest prices, and believe me I checked other Hunter Douglas Galleries! I highly recommend this place. I even recieved a hand written ""Thank You"" card. Which was a nice touch!
