Great service and product 5/14/2009

They projected 4 weeks from measure date to install, and they blinds came in 3.5 weeks. They were flexible to accommodate my schedule for in home measurement and installation. Everything was super fast and simple. I love my silhouette blinds. Pros: great communication, convenient location more

Excellent Service 11/6/2008

I don't understand what True Religion jeans & Hummer trucks have to do with the service the company offers, either way I believe the previous reviews were isolated incidents as my experience with Interior Motif went beyond my expectations. Pros: Free at home consultation, customer service, product quality & variety more

If I could give it zero stars, I would 6/9/2008

the service is horrible. they are the slowest place i have ever encountered. they took 6 months to get our roman blinds installed, and the measurements were all wrong and we had to wait for them to fix it. we went with them because the original quote was reasonable, but what a mistake that was, because we ended up paying more than we expected. i feel like i've been had - the salesperson drove up in a Humvee wearing $200 True Religion jeans. i should have run for the hills. more

terrible service 2/26/2008

I went to Interior Motif for the first time a couple of years ago for some Hunter Douglas blinds. They did an okay job, some of the blinds were slightly short, but overall, I could live with the imperfections. They took 8 weeks to get the blinds installed, which I thought was kinda slow. Pros: Saturday hours Cons: slow, bad service, not a great finished product more

Fantastic window designs 7/4/2006

Our son had just moved to Manhattan for his first job after college. He looked on the internet and found Interior Motif located in Hoboken. Jasmine was great in helping him with his window selection and listened carefully to his suggestions. He needed it done asap and they accomplished ordering it and installing it within two weeks! The installation was perfect! The window is large so our son got a remote control which works great. We would highly recommend Interior Motif for your window treatments! Pros: Great in every area! more
