Review content:
Never received what I ordered nor what was written in the home consultant order, incorrect color and dimensions. Instead of owning the issue and helping me they wanted more money and almost two months more to have the manufacturer fix the problem by reprocessing the order as something that I did not like instead of admitting that they enter the order incorrectly. Now I have to go to court to recover my money or get the right shades without having to pay extra over the thousands of dollars I already paid. Echoing another reviewer--I'd give them 0 stars if possible.
