I had a pleasant experience.. My husband and I went to Interior Motif one evening. There was a young lady there working and I was told that the sales staff have left for the evening and she wasnt as knowledgable on the products. Well I must say, for someone who didntknow the products well, she went Over and Beyond to show us all the samples, and even called her boss to ask questions, not only was she absolutely adorable, elequent, and with a wonderful sense of humor, she stayed late for us .. that was the first impression. We than had a Steven come to our home, and explained to us all of the products in details.. although I would have liked to have gotten the blinds installed earlier..when they did arrive we scheduled, and the installer was probably as nice as the girl at the desk... wonderful customer service, and amazing outcome.
