We were recommended to Closet Factory by a friend. We met with our designer Amy Mendez to discuss our closet needs. She was very informative and was able to design all the closets on our first appointment because we were in a rush to get it all in before we moved it. We already had other quotations, but she priced everything very competitively and explained the difference in a way we understood. We decided to sign with her because she not only was a great designer with a lot of experience, but made us feel like she was sharing her knowledge with us on the product which not one other company did. She was able to give us our install date right on the spot ! What a great experience it was! We look forward to working with her and Closet Factory in the future for more of our projects.
