A Professional, Courteous, and Careful Moving Experience 12/12/2012

PLEASE DO NOT USE MY NAME IN PUBLIC MATERIALS AND DO NOT SHARE/SELL MY EMAIL ADDRESS. The first time I selected Christian Brothers, it was based on price and their verbal agreement to meet my requirements for care of my near-antique furniture and actual antique decor. Their employees have been appropriately dressed, articulate, and professional. They listened to and fulfilled my requests regarding special handling for many of my possessions. They handled each of my items with care and used shrink-wrap and/or blankets to assure that there was no (I kid you not!) damage to any of my pieces. They were also careful not to damage door jambs, etc., during the move. I would highly recommend them to friends who are moving, and I would certainly use them again without hesitation. more

Personal, professional, caring, ethical, uplifting, happy and complete. 9/11/2012

With Christian Brothers Moving it was much more of a personal relationship than just working with a moving company. Their movers help you completely and with anything, there was not enough they could do to help my wife and myself with our move. We had some pieces of furniture someone else was buying, and they moved them to a more convenient exit place. They were off the charts, I've never had this kind of service in my entire life. They treated me exceptionally, when I came in everyone would stand up sand say hello. more

Movers were not well equipped. They did not have any tools and the rental truck did not have a lift gate. Movers were inexperienced where disassembly and assembly took way too long RESPONSE FROM Christian Brothers Moving: Mr. Benzinger called to us to complain about the estimate. However the move was estimated at 8 hours, and it took 8 hours. The estimated total was: $1010.00. The final bill after materials costs came to $1108.00 Lift gates are not used for moves because they may ADD TIME TO LOADING, they are not efficient to keep movers moving and they can slow down the process. Lift gates are only necessary when extremely heavy or large items are to be moved, for examples, large safes, riding lawn mowers, or ATVs. Our movers brought out a basic set of tools for disassembly. It's a shame to receive complaints about the time a move takes when it takes EXACTLY what was estimated. We can't please everyone but we sure do try, and more often than not our customers are very pleased with our moves! Thanks for your feedback, Hugh. more

I had a really great experience working with Christian Brothers. They took really good care of my stuff. They ended up moving me both ways over a few years, they moved me from Colorado to Utah and then back to Colorado later on. In both moves everything was done really really well. more
