amazing service - even on weekends! 7/31/2014

My first experience with calling Choate's for a repair blew me away, as I called and they had someone at my home within 30 minutes! My second experience was on a Sunday evening in July, the night before I started a new job. The air quit working completely. I called Choate's, and the weekend guy was swamped with calls and could not get to me until 1 am. When I told him my "sob story" he called a co worker, who was NOT on call, and this guy was at my house in an hour and it was repaired 30 minutes later. I am very impressed with their service. My friends, family, and my realtor all wanted to know who our air company was!!!!!!! more

Choate's Heating and Air Conditioning provided professional, courteous and competitively priced A/C service. 7/28/2014

Noticing a decline in the performance of the A/C at home, I called Choate's to schedule A/C servicing. I was favorably impressed by the courtesy and professionalism when making the appointment. Likewise, the service technician who came to the house was very friendly and competent. He thoroughly cleaned the unit, topped off the freon and checked the amperage and mechanical functions of the A/C. We are enjoying the improved performance of our A/C. more

I saw their commercial and didn't know what to expect, from the time I called to the time I received help was about 2 hours. The office staff were very helpful and I got a call from the service tech. after the repair to make sure I was happy with the service. The folks at Choates believe in customer service and I am already recommending to them when asked who to use. more

I didn't know about Choate's until I saw an ad on TV. My vents were dirty and had not been cleaned in 10 years, so I was having problems. Choate's is a big family, and the youngest came out when I called them. He was so sweet, and I felt like I knew him because I saw them on TV. It eased my mind and I didn't feel like they were strangers or would rip me off. The family is nice and organized. I didn't have any problems with them. They did a wonderful job and even called afterwards to see if everything was okay with the vents. I really do recommend them and will call them again. more

We feel safe with Choate's 7/21/2014

Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing checked out the air conditioning out back and he told me what had clogged it up. he cleaned the unit outside gently because it's really old and is just chugging along. I also had a coupon for him to put freon in the unit. He did an excellent job. I've used them before and was very pleased with their work as I was with their most recent work. They're knowledgeable and really honest. That's actually why I'm using them. I had seen Choate's on a news special going undercover on different businesses and they were the only company to get a perfect score for honesty. I even have experience with other companies where there was not 100% honesty. However, Choate's is honest and their service is actually really fast. more

I've been going to Choate's Air Conditioning for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The technician I've had for the last couple of years is very knowledgeable, checks everything, and, even though, it might be summer time, he not only checks the A/C unit but goes in the attic and checks the heating unit. He's thorough, courteous, prompt, and has a very good attitude. He's just a nice person to deal with and the company itself is nice to deal with too. L. Isabel more
