Seasonal Service Inspection. Plumbing and Heating 11/24/2014

I really do appreciate the wonderful service i receive when I call Choate's. The woman who answers the phone is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. They tend to have a flexible schedule and are willing to work with your schedule. The Service Tech's are very friendly and nice to talk to and they seem to be very honest. I feel like I can trust what they are telling me. more

I have only had a good experiences with this company. I like it that they are a family based company. The technicians are very knowledgable and they are also very personnable. The only con that I see is that their prices are a little higher than other companies but I don't mind paying a little more when I know that I am going to have good trustworthy service. more

We didn't realize we had a problem with our unit until late in the day. Choate's has flexible service hours that were ideal for us! The arrived promptly and fixed our unit quickly. Great Job and I would refer anyone to them. more

AC REPAIR 10/30/2014

Burt was on time and very professional. Found the problem quickly and had the part on the truck. Only minor issue was he left the old part in the box in the attic with some of the non-used new parts. Choates continues to be the best in HVAC work. more

My experience with Choates has been has been nothing but exceptional. I needed my upstairs heater repaired and Had heard of Choates through various advertisements. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians were very friendly and professional. I ended up having to have my furnace replaced, and am very satisfied with the work that was done. The technicians were punctual, clean, and very polite. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! more

Everything was beautifully done with Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing. They were very nice and courteous and I have no complains. They installed the heater in my house. They gave me a good experience and I will call them again! more

The technician called to let me know he was on the way upon his arrival he introduced himself "Chad" and what he would be doing. This young man was a professional he did what he told me changed my air filter ask if any questions told me he would see me in the spring "but if you have any questions any concerns please call the office 24/7 here yo serve you". This young man was awesome. He was great and I would highly recommend this company for any service with heating/air pumping Both have been GREAT> more
