Although I am still at the Ramada Inn Lake Shore, I just wanted to acknowledge the quality customer service I received from a young woman named Janette when my wife and I checked in yesterday. In a world where good customer service is the exception, not the rule, it was a refreshing break to encounter a person who was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable of her position and thoroughly willing to insure that the person of the other side of the counter from her received the best possible experience at her particular that could possibly be had. Hat's off to Janette.\r

On the other side of the fence, this is the second time I've tried to submit this review because the internet service is not good. The signal fails constantly and it is extremely slow. I guess its an electronics thing with this hotel because the television reception is not good either...especially for cable. Many of the channels have a lot of ""snow"".\r

But, overall, thus far, the stay has been good. Janette's service overshadowed the problems I'm having with the electronics in the room. I'll comment more at the end of my stay.
