Quick but below average service (sorry) 8/23/2012

First, our couch cleaning which was $200 didnt work. The stain didnt come out at all and now other areas of the couch look dirty (as if it just spread the stain around). Our carpets didnt get fully cleaned as it looks like a small area was missed. Also, the guys packed up the equipment before giving me a chance to get 2 additional rooms done. I told them the maids were here and if they were done with the kids rooms, I want those rooms cleaned as well. The guys said they were done and had put away most of the equipment so I would have to reschedule to get the other rooms done. That was lame. But on a positive note, the guys were nice/pleasant and scheduleing was quick and easy. more

Dining room 8/5/2012

We had dog urine in the dining room that needed to be removed. The smell is still there. We would like you to come back and remove. When I used Chem-Dry a year ago to do this the smell was removed to our satisfaction. This time it was not. Please advise RESPONSE FROM Chem-Dry Of Marin: Dear Martha, I am very sorry to hear this. Looking at your records, the last service we preformed you had purchased P.U.R.T. which is our Pet Urine Restoration Treatment, if you would like for one of our techs to come out and apply this treatment we would be more than happy to do so :) more

Great Job but didnt honor price quote 7/24/2012

You guys did a great job on cleaning my carpet. You showed up on time, finished quickly and it looked great for the party I was throwing that night. My only complaint was that the person booking the appointment told me I would get a 10 discount off the price of $125.00 reducing it to $112.50. When the tech showed up he wouldnt honor that claiming that the discount didnt apply to a minimum job which this was. He didnt even bother to call the office to confirm what I had been told. Pretty frustrating. more

We are totally satisfied with the service and attention to our rugs from Chem-Dry of Marin. Not only did our rugs come out looking clean and brand new, but we were able to walk throughout the house that night without worrying that the rugs were wet. What a great service! We highly recommend Chem-Dry and will use them again and again. more

Service 7/4/2012

There was a breakdown in communication with regard to providing the estimate and performing the service at the same time. We were told twice (incl. the evening before) when your office called to confirm, that they would be providing the estimate AND performing the service on Monday, June 18th. However, when the serviceman arrived he provided the quote, took the credit card and wrote it up, but after going out to his truck and coming back said his schedule didn't allow time and he was not aware he was suppose to be doing the job that day. I had scheduled time off from work to be home as I had just moved in. It ended up that he did go ahead with the cleaning and he was pleasant and did a good job. more

Great service. I will use ChemDry again. 6/29/2012

I arranged for the carpets and area rugs to be cleaned on the day of my daughters graduation. Of course, I wanted everything dry by evening--and it was clean and dry within an hour, as promised. Everything was cleaned meticulously, Cedric noted any problem areas and asked me about those spots. He went over and over the area rugs to assure that they were very clean. We used to rent the equipment and do our own cleaning but for what Cedric charged and the excellent job he did, I will be using ChemDry in the future. more

Chem Dry of Marin is a wonderful family run business who give excellent service to their customers. Being in the corporate world myself, I come across a lot of bad service so it's a pleasure when you get to deal with such a good service. more

Excellent service and great cleaning experience overall 6/17/2012

Very professional, ontime and efficient. The carpet and rug were spotless. A few stains remained on the chair and couch, but I was told in advance that they may not come out. Overally, very happy with Chem-Dry. more

Concerns promptly addressed 6/14/2012

I felt the initial cleaning of carpets and sofas was not adequate. Chem-Dry promptly did a second cleaning and the result was much better. more
