Review content:
There was a breakdown in communication with regard to providing the estimate and performing the service at the same time. We were told twice (incl. the evening before) when your office called to confirm, that they would be providing the estimate AND performing the service on Monday, June 18th. However, when the serviceman arrived he provided the quote, took the credit card and wrote it up, but after going out to his truck and coming back said his schedule didn't allow time and he was not aware he was suppose to be doing the job that day. I had scheduled time off from work to be home as I had just moved in. It ended up that he did go ahead with the cleaning and he was pleasant and did a good job.
