There are many other carpet cleaning services in this area which offer better deals for comparable work. If money were no object, I would probably use them again. more

Overall, was good 2/12/2013

Unfortunately, we have a red shag rug on top of our carpets that leave carpet residue and this was spread on to the sides of the stairs. We were able to clean it up pretty easily. more

i've used several carpet cleaners in my time and i have found chem dry to be the best... i love that you get a two hour window instead of 4-8, service has been excellent and the carpets are dry so much quicker than your average service... i will use again and again! more

Great Experience overall 1/25/2013

Sean was great. very helpful, on time and I really appreciated his professionalism. I had a coupon from another company for 5 rooms and a hallway for 150.00. when I called the guy he explained that that was for rooms with furniture. That it would cost more if the rooms were empty. That just didn't make any sense. Chem dry was the opposite. The price quoted from Chem dry was for empty rooms and cheaper than the other company. It was a no brainer. my sister had raved about Chem dry and used them several times. I am very happy. I got my full deposit back from the house I was renting. Thank you. more

service person (Bobby) was timely , courteous and really tried hard to get the stain out of my carpet. though not totally gone, it is s much better, and I recognize that coffee spilled on a white carpet is not a good situation.... more

We had to ask them to come back because some spots were missed. After the fact, there are still a lot of stains that didn't come out. I felt the price was high for the results that were achieved. more

We like doing business with parties that are reliable and professional. The person who made the appointment was very polite and professional. Sean came at the appointed time frame and we even got a call ahead of time letting us know when he was on his way. Sean was very polite and nice. The job was well done and and the only issue was that there were some areas we were told that could not be as cleaned as well as we would like because those were heavy traffic areas and the carpet was a bit worn. This is what we have experienced in the past with other companies. One does wonder if it would be worthwhile going over those areas again. In any case, we are very likely to use the same company again for our future carpet cleaning needs. more
