Carpet Crunchy 6/10/2012

Pros - Timely cleaning service and no chemical smell Cons - Crunchy stiff carpets feels awful. One month later it is not much better. Company attitude is that's just how it is, vacuum it. Maybe they should have rinsed it or something. more

Prompt, courteous, very competent 5/23/2012

Chem-Dry did a very good job cleaning my carpet and linen chair. It takes a while to see if old stains return. So this review is a little premature. Other than missing a small area between the sofa and the wall we are extremely satisfied with the results. more

Sean worked very hard and successfully removed pet stains and even got behind the furniture. I have been using Chem-Dry for years and this was one of the best cleaning jobs I've had. more

Chem Dry of Marin Carpet Cleaning Thursday, April 5th 2012 4/10/2012

As usual the carpet looks great, however there was one problem. The carpet was still wet at 6:30 p.m. I opened the windows and doors and even turned on the heat to try to speed up the drying time. Bobby said that the carpet would dry in about two hours, which has been my past experience. Don't know what happened this time. more

I can't tell you how please I was with my Chem Dry appt. last week. I had a 12 year old expensive yellow leather huge sectional cleaned (it now looks new). An added benefit was an antique chair that had been soiled by my pet sitter's dog. I though it was ruined...and was looking at a 1000. bill to reupholster. Your representative took one look at the stain and said"I can fix this in 5 minutes"...it is completely free of the stain and I am so happy with you guys!!!!! I will always reference you to my friends and family. Please thank my technician for a great job! Gina more

The technician arrived on time. Used his time efficiently. Cleaned all of the carpeting to my satisfaction, including those areas where our late dog had accidents. Better experience than with other companies we ahve also tried. more
