We contracted this company for our wedding on 7/10. We paid for the wedding package which included decorations on the limo and the driver dressed in a tux. There were no decorations and the driver was wearing jeans. When the driver realized he was driving a wedding and not a cotillion he demanded money from my dad to stock the limo with alcohol. He then asked my dad for the address to the church. We arrived at the church and the next stop on the itinerary is for the driver to pick up the groom and groomsmen. Twenty minutes later I go outside with the videographer and the limo is still at the church. He never left to pick up the groom. When questioned he states he did not receive an itinerary. We had emailed an itinerary to the company and received a conformation email stating that had received it and there were no issues with the itinerary. The driver was told the address to pick up the groom and groomsmen but did not leave immediately. After he dropped off the groom, who was rushing in because the ceremony was to already have started, the driver demanded an itinerary and then complained about having to drive to Long Grove. This delay caused several problems. The first was that the ceremony started a half hour late and because the guys had just arrived there was no time for pre ceremony time with videographer and we had limited time after the ceremony for formal pictures in the church because the next mass was to start. The next stop was the beach for more pictures. As we left we were told by the driver that the limo was leaking gasoline and that he had the same problem the previous day. We had to go back to the church to drop off the photographers before going to the reception site. He told us that another limo would meet us there. He assured us that the limo was safe to be in. When we arrived at the church there was not a new limo and again the driver assured us that the limo was safe to be in. We then get on the Kennedy and are sitting in traffic and the limo starts to fill up with the smell of gasoline. We go to open the rear windows of the limo and only one has a working button. The best man then opens the roof window in the vent setting to get some fresh air to those in the front of the limo. The driver then asks if he can stop at his mechanic along the way stating it will take 10 mins. We agree. The vent window then falls down. Since people are starting to get headaches the best man opens the vent window again only this time it falls down smashing his fingers with blood immediately pouring out the tips of his fingers. We tell the limo driver to take us to the closest hospital yet he pulls into the mechanics lot. Everyone quickly gets out and the driver than comes around and begins to scream at us about how he won't get paid and refuses to help us get the best man to a hospital. He also refused to give us the address we were at in order to call an ambulance. A groomsman had to walk to the end of the street to get the address. A bridesmaid contacts the company main office to request a new limo/driver because we no longer felt safe with the driver or limo and gets hung up on. I then call and am told they are working on it and cannot give me a time frame for an answer. They call back and tell us we have to use that limo/driver because the limo was fixed, yet the hood was open and the mechanic was still working on the limo. We had to be picked up by family and friends. We have since contacted the company requesting a refund and they said they did nothing wrong and only offered us a one hour refund. They claim the limo was new and we that they took us to our destination. Do not use this company if they pay you. Be careful with all the positive reviews, they sound like they could be potential fakes from the company to make themselves look better. After interacting with them personally and with the BBB I would not be surprised. more

Wedding Disaster 6/16/2010

THE LIMO SERVICE LEFT WITHOUT THE BRIDE. I have never written a review before but I have to let all the brides out there know what a mistake it will be if you use this service. we ordered this limo to pick my bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and myself up and take us 15 minutes to the church. The limo came at 12:00 and told us that they have a waiting period of 15 minutes and that they would charge us for every additional minute that the limo driver had to wait. We told the company that we would be down there around 12:15 to 12:30 but we ordered the limo early just in case it was running late. We got down there at 12:20 and there is no limo, my soon to be husband called me and told me the limo was planning on leaving in 5 minutes and to get downstairs from the hotel ASAP but I was already outside... they lied! The limo was already gone and we were waiting outside stranded. my husband called back and begged him to turn back around and he never did and said that he couldn't because he would miss his other appointment. So in the end I took a cab to the church, had red eyes from crying, and it was a truly awful way to start off my wedding. Please don't use them because I would not wish this on any bride, they obviously have no concern for their costumers and their feelings. They went against their contractual agreement to wait and charge us for additional minutes... and in the end the company still tried to charge us for the pick up. The Best Affordable Service 9/22/2009

I have had the distinct pleasure to hire Chase Chicago Limousine on various occasions during our visit to Chicago, we had arranged for transfers to and from O’Hare international airport, we rented the Limo to take our group of 12 to and from different restaurants in Chicago and we also reserved a limo for our site seeing on the weekend. At all time we had the drivers always arrive early, well dressed, and limousines look spectacular. You simply couldn't ask for more. Beautiful black stretch limo, very clean inside and out. Wedding and airport Transfers 9/16/2009

I planned my wedding last minute, we called Chase Chicago Limousine to serve our wedding and rides to and from the airport, we were extremely surprised on how their customer service was great, very helpful , the day of the event we had 2 cars ( the Hummer and the stretch 10 pax) , they were in a perfect condition in and out , our drivers were very professional. For our ride to the airport , we had to leave at 4:00am , the car was on location before the pick time and the driver was helping us a lot with the luggage. I would not say more about this experience , except that I do recommend hiring a professional Service like Chase Chicago Limousine. They made our experience like a breeze. Vacation 7/30/2009

I have been in Chicago with my family for summer vacation, during our stay at the hard rock hotel, we hired chase Chicago limousine to serve our transfers to the Cubs game, to and from O'hare airport and to and from the restaurants, we were always served even if some times we call to request a ride in 30 min time frame, we have been riding in different Vehicles each time, brand new and well maintained and on the top of that we were treated as 1 st class riders. Our wedding day October 4, 08 was a great event thanks to Chase Chicago Limousine. We had the gorgeous brand new White limousine which made my white wedding dress stand out extra good. We also had the 2008 Black SUV Ford Expedition Limo that our Bridal Party loved since it was extra comfortable & gorgeous. Everything was just great he drivers and the service extremely personable & extra caring . I recommend Chase Limousine if you want a perfect & worry free wedding day. Extremely Terrible Service 6/1/2008

The air conditioning was broken in our limo the day of the wedding. The driver tried to get us another car and was told none were available but that we would recieve financial consideration. \r \r I called the next day and the kind folks at Chase told me it was not there problem that I had psent more money than I wanted to and that nothing would be done. The said that I should have called the during the wedding, although the drive had already done so. Their customer service people told me that I was a one time small sale and that he had a great deal of larger accounts and everything goes smoothly.
