The air conditioning was broken in our limo the day of the wedding. The driver tried to get us another car and was told none were available but that we would recieve financial consideration. \r

I called the next day and the kind folks at Chase told me it was not there problem that I had psent more money than I wanted to and that nothing would be done. The said that I should have called the during the wedding, although the drive had already done so. Their customer service people told me that I was a one time small sale and that he had a great deal of larger accounts and everything goes smoothly. I was told he was to busy to discuss with me.\r

I cannot stress strongly enough how much I would stay away from them.
