Cutsotmer Service 12/11/2011

Scheduled for my regular appointment, which was great. Had to pick up some products so I went to the salon store - was not aware of the promotion. I checked out, and someone came running out to the parking lot to let me know they didn't give me my "tickets" to win a prize. That was good! Later, same day, got a call from Charles David stating they didn't give me enought "tickets" for what I had spent. Over the phone the tickets were filled out and she (sorry, I wish I knew who it was) called out the gift baskets again so my "extra tickets" could be deposited. I would not have known I was entitled to the extra tickets, let alone the original ones - thank you to you and your staff for going above and beyond. P.S. Hope I win something! more

I had my hair done last week and was the last appointment of the night. I had a one step done. When drying my hair I made reference at how light and blonde the hair was becoming and made note to Trina for "next time" to tone it down a little. She opted to "fix it now" There was only one other client still in the shop. She went straight into "triage mode" as I would say and glazed my hair. I appreciate the effort and going above and beyond. The end results were great! Thanks Trina!! more

I've been getting my hair highlighted and cut at Charles David Salon for a few years. I've never been disappointed. The experience is fabulous from start to finish. Melissa Larkin's skill with foils is unsurpassed. Shauna Stapleton's cuts are precise, stylish and fun. The Salon prides itself on punctuality and professionalism. You will get a red carpet treatment at Charles David Salon. I highly recommend you try it out. more

As usual I love my cut and highlights from Incha. I always feel safe in her hands. She truly cares about her clients and is an expertise when it comes to highlighting and cutting. I always love the vibe at Charles David. Everyone is busy, friendly and very happy which shows what a great atmosphere it is to work. It is great energy! more

Appointments are a hassle to make 12/7/2011

I am okay with my hairstylist. Making an appointment is a hassle. Seems like it takes a long time to make the next appointment when I am at the desk paying for my service. When I call to change an appointment, I'm put on hold and it takes a long time to change it. There has also been a few occasions when I didn't receive a confirmation call the day before an appointment. Diane from your salon checked and stated that a confirmation call was made but I did not received a voice mail or a missed call from on my cell. Just received an appointment schedule from the salon and appointments are not correct. When I called Lou, she stated that my schedule in her computer did not match the schedule she mailed me. Appointments need to be made in a more efficient manner. more

My recent salon visit was all I expected. My stylist Patricia advised me about my color and cut. She has such a pleasant and professional manner. I lways leave the salon feeling beautiful. I tried the shellac polish on my nails. Meghan was terrific. And my nails look fantastic. I am looking forward to my next appointment. more

The Best!! 12/4/2011

Julie has been doing my cut/highlights for several years. I always leave with the perfect cut and gorgeous shiny blond highlights. Julie always listens to what her clients want and makes great suggestions. She's an extremely talented stylist/colorist and will always have you laughing. Charles David is the perfect place to be after a stressful day in the office. The entire staff is gracious, professional and welcoming. I live and work in Boston and make the trip to CDS because they are simply the best. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I told Julie that if I ever move out of state then I'm flying back to MA so she can still do my hair! more

Great Haircut and Color! 12/2/2011

Lynne has spent about 4 years working with me and my hair to explore my personal style. I have been very happy after each cut, but we are in a really terrific place right now, with a cut that always looks great and is easy to maintain from cut to cut. Her color is also amazing - I finally fessed up to my husband this last year, but no one else knows - perfect! more
