Scheduled for my regular appointment, which was great. Had to pick up some products so I went to the salon store - was not aware of the promotion. I checked out, and someone came running out to the parking lot to let me know they didn't give me my "tickets" to win a prize. That was good! Later, same day, got a call from Charles David stating they didn't give me enought "tickets" for what I had spent. Over the phone the tickets were filled out and she (sorry, I wish I knew who it was) called out the gift baskets again so my "extra tickets" could be deposited. I would not have known I was entitled to the extra tickets, let alone the original ones - thank you to you and your staff for going above and beyond. P.S. Hope I win something!
