I am okay with my hairstylist. Making an appointment is a hassle. Seems like it takes a long time to make the next appointment when I am at the desk paying for my service. When I call to change an appointment, I'm put on hold and it takes a long time to change it. There has also been a few occasions when I didn't receive a confirmation call the day before an appointment. Diane from your salon checked and stated that a confirmation call was made but I did not received a voice mail or a missed call from on my cell. Just received an appointment schedule from the salon and appointments are not correct. When I called Lou, she stated that my schedule in her computer did not match the schedule she mailed me. Appointments need to be made in a more efficient manner.
