EXCELLENT SERVICE!! 9/10/2015

Our A/C was not working properly and with a small baby we needed someone out the same day. Champion Air was able to come out the same day (with in a matter of an hour actually) and didn't charge us an arm and a leg for a service call. Our Service Technician, Mario Paredez, was amazing. He went above and beyond to locate the issue. He didn't try to sell us on anything that we didn't need and took the extra time to put the refrigerant in our A/C instead of having to come back out. Above all he was a nice and honest person. I will definitely be using Champion Air and Mario again in the future. more

An excellent full system replacement experience. 9/9/2015

A full crew replacing everything to include giving me upgraded dual zone ducting. The fact that casual conversation with Tim during his sales interview (no pitch unless you ask for it) will probably showed up as back-story to his offer email shows that he pays attention to who you are. All of the installers demonstrated their professionalism by just quietly going about their business, working as a put-together team. Just like the Spurs they support and the military veterans that make up much of the company. Thanks people. more

An awesome place to spend a special occasion, even if you do not play golf. 9/9/2015

A truly remarkable resort space and spa, especially to celebrate special occasions. The choices that you have for dinning experiences, sports bar life, or quiet walk around the grounds are perfect, even when there are a zillion kids there to go wild the last weekend before school starts. Make time for a facial guys in the Lantana Spa. Based on what my wife told me and what I heard from the waiting area our aroma therapy and sauna are way quieter and more relaxing than the girls side. more

5 stars all the way 9/7/2015

This was my 1st time using Champion AC and I regret not using them in the future. I called when we started having ac problems, and they were able to make it out right away that same day. Not only do I love their much lower prices than other companies I've used, but their Great and friendly customer service. The HVAC professional they sent to my home was very knowledgeable and explained every single detail to me. He was very nice and was able to get the job done in a timely manner. I will never use another company again. Thank you very much Champion AC!! more

Came out on a Sunday 99 degrees outside. Quickly fixed the problem and checked out the rest of my system. Had cool air blowing in no time. Would definitely recommend. more

Excellent service. They were quick responding to an emergency that I had on a Saturday. I had a short window in that I was leaving town for a week and water was flooding. Other A/C repair companies claimed they couldn't come out till the following week. Even my home warranty people wouldn't respond. Very good service and reasonable price. Especially considering the damage that could have been done if they didn't make it out. Thanks! more

Champion AC to the rescue 9/4/2015

On probably the coldest day of the year in February I can home from work at midnight to find my heater was not running. I called Champion first thing in the morning and scheduled service. I was given a 10A to 2P window but I had to leave for work by 3P so I asked if it could be closer to 10 and Julie said she'd check and let me know. She called back within 15 minutes to say a technician was on the way and Shawn arrived by about 1045AM. He quickly assessed the situation, determined what the problem was and had it running smoothly in less than an hour. I was so happy with the job that I purchased a maintenance agreement. Today Jon Wiexel came out to check the unit, found a couple of issues (the unit is 19 years old) and worked up a plan to make repairs. He had all the necessary parts and equipment in his truck and was done in about an hour. A couple of hours after he'd gone I noticed that the unit was leaking so I called back and Amanda said she'd send him right back. He was back in record time and set things right. I am so glad to be dealing with a local company that's not trying to sell you something every time they come out. Thanks for the great work! more

Detailed Invoice Pending from Owners - Hubbert & Martinez 9/4/2015

We recently paid $400. to "rejuvenate" an electronic component and drain line- about 30 minutes of work. We were verbally told by Josue the cost included $200. In labor costs and $100. To file the Amana warranty claim. Despite 3+ emails and 4 calls in 30 days to owners Hubbert and Martinez seeking a detailed invoice explaining the exorbitant cost we have not been provided the courtesy of a detailed explanation. Regretfully, former professional and courteous staff and supervisors: Charles, James, Roy, Debbie etc. are no longer with the company. The kept my business in the past. more

Thank you Champion AC! 9/1/2015

My AC coil was unfortunately leaking in dead of summer. I experienced temperatures that exceeded 95 degrees inside my home. I called Champion AC after reaching out to another AC service provider. Not only did Champion AC get someone out almost immediately but the technician was extremely friendly and gave me options on how to proceed and allowed me to make the decision. Champion AC showed the urgency and empathy that you would want when your home is exceeding temperatures that high. They scheduled a full system install the very next day. The technicians were very friendly and informative. They showed on time and even called ahead. They placed tarps on my stairs and even wore shoe covers to keep from getting any carpet dirty. I very much appreciated the attention to detail that was given to my home. Although I did decide to go with a full system install, they gave numerous options to be able to fit within my budget. Within hours, my home was back to normal and COOL! THANK YOU CHAMPION AC! more

Easy No Hassel Service 8/28/2015

Was always skeptical about getting ripped by AC Repair Company's, but my AC stopped working, so what could you do. I called Champion AC Wednesday Morning at 7am and they had a Tech at my house by 8am without an additional up charge. Ramiro the technician quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (burnt wire). He also offered to check my levels and other dianostic test to my AC at no charge. Thanks Ramiro for your good work! more
