On probably the coldest day of the year in February I can home from work at midnight to find my heater was not running. I called Champion first thing in the morning and scheduled service. I was given a 10A to 2P window but I had to leave for work by 3P so I asked if it could be closer to 10 and Julie said she'd check and let me know. She called back within 15 minutes to say a technician was on the way and Shawn arrived by about 1045AM. He quickly assessed the situation, determined what the problem was and had it running smoothly in less than an hour. I was so happy with the job that I purchased a maintenance agreement. Today Jon Wiexel came out to check the unit, found a couple of issues (the unit is 19 years old) and worked up a plan to make repairs. He had all the necessary parts and equipment in his truck and was done in about an hour. A couple of hours after he'd gone I noticed that the unit was leaking so I called back and Amanda said she'd send him right back. He was back in record time and set things right. I am so glad to be dealing with a local company that's not trying to sell you something every time they come out. Thanks for the great work!
