We recently paid $400. to "rejuvenate" an electronic component and drain line- about 30 minutes of work. We were verbally told by Josue the cost included $200. In labor costs and $100. To file the Amana warranty claim. Despite 3+ emails and 4 calls in 30 days to owners Hubbert and Martinez seeking a detailed invoice explaining the exorbitant cost we have not been provided the courtesy of a detailed explanation. Regretfully, former professional and courteous staff and supervisors: Charles, James, Roy, Debbie etc. are no longer with the company. The kept my business in the past.
