The technicians Thomas and Justin were professional and work non-stopped to completed the job. Very amicable and honest, they did a very neat work and left the areas very clean , they also took the time to explain what they did and how everything works. Prompt and excellent service, professional and courteous technicians 5/15/2015

From beginning to end the overall experience with Champion AC was excellent! They have the best customer service, quality and knowledgeable technicians. Jonathan and Eli were punctual, professional, well mannered and respectful throughout the entire visit. All questions were answered and explained and updates for recommendations were given. Lastly, I would recommend Champion AC to my friends and neighbors! more

fast service, courteous serviceman & great price 5/12/2015

In all my years of dealing with ac companies and other companies, I have never had a serviceman as courteous and helpful as Josue Lopez. He came in, found the problem and explained it to me and did the job in a timely manner. Very well mannered and a pleasure to have come into my home. I will definitely use Champion AC again. more

Great experience with Champion Air 4/30/2015

My AC was approaching 15 years old...Had been serviced by others and when the AC unit failed, the service company dropped the ball.. We contacted Champion Air and they came immediately with professional people who gave me multiple options and showed me faults of previous repairs that were not to standard. We chose Champion for a complete new install and they were prompt and efficient. Happy with the unit and Champion Air Thanks Tim and Mike and Ike! more

The total experience has been 5-stars. Outstanding customer focus and service. Champion AC understands service after the sale. From the very start before deciding to purchase our new replacement HVAC unit, Chris Stokes (sales) provided an informative and unbiased presentation of information. His previous experience as a service tech was a great plus. This is a no pressure sales. Chris gave you all the info needed to make your own informed research, comparisons, and final decision. The old HVAC system demo and removal and new HVAC installation was outstanding. The demo and install team was professional and respectful. The follow up and Spring service accomplished today was easy to schedule and completed in a professional and timely manner. Jonathan the service tech was personable and professional. stellar installers 3/24/2015

We ended up needing to replace our 20 year old system. After deciding on a unit, the installers arrived the next morning. My husband and I were very pleased at the professional and courteous greeting. They visually inspected to confirm the photos the technician sent to them. They answered our questions and began work. Jason and Chris worked together like a well oiled machine. We felt very at ease with this crew, and would even welcome them back to a BBQ! Several other guys stopped by to either haul away our old equipment or something. Each one introduced himself and was very friendly. Professional and fast. 3/9/2015

Aaron was friendly, very helpful and worked with me to fix my problem. When Jason and Chris showed up for installation, the same day, they were polite , professional, and extremely fast on the installation. Really fantastic work, right, quick and in a hurry. Top notch, amazing service!!!! 3/5/2015

Champion AC was by far the best company we have worked with to date. My family has special considerations such as asthma, allergies, etc and Champion helped us choose the best system to cater to our needs based on our budget. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Their installation service was fast and efficient. The technicians also educated us on the intricacies of the system and the best way to maintain them. They were even kind enough to answer our 7 year old son's questions. Courteous and Informative 3/2/2015

I just had repairs performed by Shawn and he was courteous and very professional. He explained everything to me completely and I felt well informed about what repairs were needed. Even though he had to leave to get a particular part, he was still fast and the service was complete in no time. Shawn went out of his way to keep my family and our schedule in mind when planning out the repair. I have always had wonderful experiences with Champion AC (I've been using them for over 3 years) but Shawn was especially pleasant to deal with.
